Apartment DENA - all you need
DENA is a two-bedroom (45m2), functional, comfortable and nicely furnished apartment in close vicinity of the city centre and main tourist attractions of the City of Zagreb. The city centre can be reached in a 15-minute walk, and it will take 25 minutes to get to the Ban Jelacic Square. Besides the proximity to the city centre the apartment is conveniently located in the financial neighbourhood between main Zagreb's roads (Vukovarska Street, Savska Street, Slavonska Avenue, and Miramarska road) and it is very easy to reach by road from any direction. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift) in a residential building with six apartments in an urban borough of Vrbik where many commercial buildings, public open university Zagreb, stock market, banks, embassies and consulates, colleges, universities, libraries, Croatian Television, shops, restaurants and bars, a concert hall and a few nightclubs are located which altogether makes this location attractive for young people but for business people as well.
The apartment has a bathroom, hallway, living room connected with kitchen and balcony overlooking the park / playground at Kninski Trg. The apartment is oriented in east-west direction; the bedroom is faced east and overlooks the street II. Vrbik, while the living room and the balcony face west, which make the place exceptionally bright and sunny.
Free parking spaces can be found around the apartment building, but it is difficult to occupy them because the neighbourhood is highly frequented. To reach major free parking areas you have to walk for about 10 minutes. Chargeable parking spaces are located in front of the Dena apartment’s building and the street, and since we are situated in the city center zone the parking will be charged 3 kuna per hour. Parking is available for three consecutive hours and can be paid by sending a text message by SMS (with license plate number, for instance ZG1234AD to the number 700102) and/or paid at a parking meter. With a combination of both methods of payment, parking in front of the apartment can be paid for the whole day (from 7:00 to 21:00 pm on weekdays) in the amount of 60 kuna (8.00 EUR). Parking on Saturdays is charged until 15:00, and it is free on Sundays. It is possible to take a daily parking pass which is valid for 24 hours throughout the city of Zagreb for II and III parking zone, which costs 100 kuna. If you want to park your car in a car park, there is a Hypo Centre with a public car park nearby, with parking tariff of 6 kuna valid from Mon to Sat - 7:00-to 21:00 and 4 kuna - Mon-Sat from 21:00 - 7:00, and Sundays throughout the day. It is possible to buy weekly and monthly tickets.

When you book our apartment, we'll give you the instructions how to reach us and we will be waiting for you. Upon arrival to the apartment you will be welcomed by our representative who will hand you the keys, perform a check of the apartment together with you, take your information, issue an invoice and collect payment your stay in our apartment. The same procedure applies for departure; you will hand over the keys and perform a check of the apartment together. Please notify us by e-mail, text message or a phone call at least 24 hours ahead with the exact time of arrival and departure so that we can arrange the arrival of a representative who will meet you at arrival and departure. If there is a possibility we will definitely try to meet your request to enable entering or leaving the apartment prior the scheduled time. Since we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available for early arrival or late departure, we recommend that you book an additional day in case you need the extended use of the apartments.
