There were 6 of us in the group and the property was great, more than enough space for us all, it had pretty much everything you could need during the week and the sauna was a great bonus! A great apartment, noisy at night due to its location, which is to be expected. a couple of lamp bulbs needed replacing and a repair in a bathroom detracted from the otherwise excellent presentation of the apartment.

The appartment was homely and accommidated the 8 adults that were staying there with room to move. It is in a good location in the middle of the village but only a very short distance from the lifts. Only one draw back it can be noisy in the early hours of the morning but this was not a problem for us as we were out enjoying the night life. We booked through Whistler Platium who I would highly recommend as they were very professional and friendly, addressing all our requests efficiently and even making dinner reservations for us. Nothing was too much for them. Whistler Platinum and St Andrews #302 both get the thumbs up from us.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is excellent for skiing and the view of the village/shops - SUPERB,however don't expect to get to sleep before 3-4a.m. The noise from a bar across the street is unbearable till 3-4 a.m. It seems to be a favorite hangout for the local college students - bring your earplugs. First, the location in the middle of the village was very noisy at night from 10pm-3am. Hard to sleep several nights. The light we had over our kitchen table was hanging by the cord which we repaired ourself. We immediately had several light bulbs burn out and no spares in the house. The hot water heater only had enough hot water for two showers then luke warm. Just a bare minimal amount of kitchen cooking utensils (i.e. no large pot to cook pasta etc.), the refrigerator light flickered on and off, the second bedroom mattress was extremely hard. I would not recommend this place to stay but would recommend Whistler for a family vacation.

      Greystone Lodge is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain next to the Wizard Express and Magic Chair lifts. A boutique style condo complex with only 50 units makes Greystone Lodge one of the smaller vacation rental locations in the Benchlands neighbourhood in Whistler. Large open living spaces are unique to Greystone Lodge creating a true home away from home. The fourty foot windows of the lofted units gives Greystone Lodge its stunning appearance for passer’s by and great mountain views for the guests that occupy them.



      GREYSTONE LODGE AMENITIES



      For relaxation and convenience guests of Greystone Lodge will find an outdoor heated pool and hot tub along with an indoor hot tub, showers, and common area washrooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building as well as a vending machine for quick snacks. Free wireless internet is located throughout the building for those guests who need to stay connected. Unique to Greystone Lodge is free underground parking, something hard to come by in Whistler. Guests should be warned that the underground parking has a total height limit of 6 feet 8 inches. Large SUV’s with ski racks may not fit in the underground and there is very limited over-height parking at the lodge.

      A network of paved biking and walking paths called "The Valley Trail" are located just steps from the Lynx complex. This network of trails in Whistler go from one end of the Resort to the other. If visitors are not up for a 15 minute walk to the main Village, the local transit system comes by once every 15 minutes in the winter and every half an hour in the summer months.
