Fitzsimmons Walk, the first significant new development in Whistler in many years, is situated just north of the village adjacent to the Fitzsimmons Creek. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the top floor. The Master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and shares a double sided gas fireplace with its ensuite. The ensuite features a double vanity, deep soaking bathtub and separate glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom features a split king bed and the third bedroom features a tri bunk bed - perfect for the kids or extra guests. There is a separate shared bathroom on this level for these guest bedrooms that features a deep soaking bathtub with overhead rain shower. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a split king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from a separate door. For added convenience, there is a powder room located on the main level.

Northern Lights is a sought-after complex just above the top of Whistler village. If offers very spacious homes with high ceilings, lots of windows with plentiful natural light, a short walk down to the village and the lifts and the ability to hike directly to the ski trail.
Unit 21 is a new renovated 3 bedroom plus den end-unit townhome located right next to the steps which lead up to the ski run. Entry is on the ground floor, which has a double garage and storage room for skis, boot and outerwear.
