House is shared with 3 other roommates. Housemates are two recent college graduates and a nursing student.</span>

When contacting me, please state the reason for your stay.]<br><br>The Location <br><br>This adorably clean apartment is located in the charming and quiet neighborhood of Westover in Arlington, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, DC. You’re only minutes away from the hip and trendy neighborhoods of Ballston, Clarendon, and Rosslyn.<br><br>It’s perfect for individuals travelling to DC for business, research/study or those that are relocating to the area and just need temporary housing.<br><br>The 2B and 2C metro bus stops are only 2 blocks from my door. Both will take you directly to Ballston, the closest metro station, which is less than 2 miles away. DC is only a 10 minute train ride from Ballston Station.<br><br>The Room<br><br>The guest room is located in the rear of the apartment. You'll sleep/lounge in a comfortable queen bed, complete with fresh linens. Store your belongings in the closet and make yourself at home. There is an iron and ironing board available for your use.<br><br>The Shared Spaces<br><br>Kitchen and Dining Room <br><br>Although cooking privileges are not available, a continental breakfast of bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, and cereal is included. Additionally, orange juice, coffee, tea and snacks are provided.<br><br>A shelf in the refrigerator is available for drinks or any leftovers you may pick up from area establishments such as The Lost Dog Café, Thai Noy, Super Pollo, Cosi, Potbelly, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, and more.<br><br>Even though you won’t have full access to the kitchen, you’re more than welcome to heat items in the microwave.<br><br>Bathroom <br><br>Clean towels and washcloths are provided upon your arrival. You’re more than welcome to bring your own, but basic toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are available for your use.<br><br>Living Room <br><br>Access to the living room is limited as I’ll spend most of my time in the area reading, blogging or studying. I’ve carved out a sleeping area in the living room for the air mattress I’ll sleep on throughout the duration of your stay.<br><br>The Parking <br><br>Plenty of free, unrestricted street parking is available.<br><br>The Amenities <br><br>There are laundry facilities right downstairs if you’re looking to enjoy a longer stay. <br><br>Wireless internet is provided.<br><br>Stream movies instantly on the television with my Netflix subscription.<br><br>No pets allowed.
