This seperate cottage, is a studio layout with a large open area with the bedroom, flat screen television, a full kitchen,new lounge with a wall of glass doors that open onto the sandstone verandah and grassed yard complete with BBQ.
The floors are polished spotted gum and the windows have plantation timber shutters to allow for privacy and the streaming of natural light.
Beautiful kitchen and bathroom can be closed of from the main area.
Even though it is newly built there is a healthy respect for the old, with Art deco features here and there and a beautiful French Antique bed, that's so comfy, you won't want to leave.
We have just put in a 2000 litre water tank, so you can flush to your hearts content and or wash your car in the tandem drive, guilt free.
There is also a brand new intercom with video to see who's at the front door before answering and a fantastic wicket gate in the garage door, so you can easily walk in and out.... don't forget your keys in the hurry to the tasty goods at the Saturday farmers markets....across the road....
