"Paddaplek" is our private 28m² pool side apartment fully equipped for self-catering. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed, with on suite bathroom with shower.

100 Geneva is an exquisite property. It has been recently renovated and much care has been taken to ensure that each bedroom benefits from access to the garden, access to balconies and the sea view.
The property is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace (also with its own dining table and chairs). This upper level also houses two of the bedrooms (both ensuite). This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond.
The lower level of the house is all accommodation. There are four en-suite bedrooms (including the expansive master bedroom with its own walk-in cupboards and large bathroom). Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden area via large glass sliding doors.
The seventh bedroom is actually housed in a completely separate apartment. This apartment has its own bathroom, as well as a modern food preparation area. It could ideally be used for an au pair or for teenage children who might want to be slightly separate. However the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation.
Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space. The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below.
The garden, although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to runaround. The pool is also not overly large, but it is large enough to swim lengths.
