This prime location, 800 square foot one bedroom apartment, inside a quaint Spanish Court 12 unit building, includes beautiful hardwood floors and streams of light through numerous windows inside the unit. This turnkey property comes with all amenities including wifi, satellite televisions in both living room and bedroom, with a DVR receiver, stereo and DVD player. For warmer days, there is a portable air conditioner with remote control in the bedroom.

The kitchen has a large, relatively new, 4 burner stove with center griddle, oven, and broiler; double sink; refrigerator; microwave; Cuisinart toaster oven; 10-cup Cuisinart coffee maker; small espresso machine; and coffee grinder. In addition, there's a Mixmaster and blender stored in a cabinet. Pots and pans, two full sets of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, and the usual kitchen utensils. A full collection of cleaning supplies are stored in a re-purposed period ice-box. There's also an iron and an ironing board.
This apartment comes with absolutely everything anyone would need for a comfortable and extended stay.
Three parking spaces in building driveway are first-come, first-serve, but half of the block is Los Angeles City parking with the only restrictions being that on days of street cleaning. A private parking spot in the back of the building could be arranged for an additional $100.00 a month.
