Kitchen opens up to living room and side patio. All new appliances, tile counters and hardwood floors complete this gourmet kitchen. The hardwood floors throughout the house and numerous windows make the house bright and comfortable. A pleasant front yard greets you, with table, chairs, palm tree and parking for several cars. This is a perfect getaway for couples and families with children. You will love the easy walk to the Pacifica Pier and other hiking trails in the vicinity. 15 minute drive to San Francisco and 20 minute drive to the airport. Numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. <br /><br />Small pet considered with advance approval and $100 nonrefundable fee. <p><span>Fees Notes:<br /><br />The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.<br /><br />Cleaning fee is for cleaning on departure. Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $95 per cleaning. Cleaning fee for stays over 21 nights is $155. We’ve provided lots of amenities to make your stay in the City comfortable and convenient. The kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook dinner; a gourmet grocery store is less than a mile away. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer and a dual-head shower. Laundry facilities are located inside the unit; we’ve supplied detergent and bleach for your convenience. You’ll also find fresh linens when you arrive.
You can stay in touch with Comcast Wi-Fi and free unlimited long-distance calls. You’ll also have the use of an , HP wireless printer and 42” and 32” LCD flat-screen TVs. Enjoy instant access to thousands of movies, shows, sports and more with satellite TV, NetFlix and Roku, or play video games on the Wii and Wii Fit. Although there is free street parking in our residential neighborhood, just around the corner are 10 convenient public transportation routes to anywhere in San Francisco. Several of the bus lines connect directly to the San Francisco Cable Cars and a few lines go directly to Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf and Downtown San Francisco.
Also within walking distance is Laurel Village, a small shopping district with restaurants, upscale boutiques and a high-end grocery store. Just one block away is Clement Street, a smaller, less-expensive version of Chinatown replete with cozy cafés, shopping and excellent restaurants.
