We moved to Seattle in 2010 and bought Itineras because we love water, exploration and the warm character of classic wooden motor yachts. We lived aboard for three years as we worked on her refurbishment and cruised Puget Sound in our odyssey of discovery. Situated comfortably in her Seattle moorage, we're now pleased to offer Itineras to overnight guests who embrace an appreciation for a unique, classic ambiance on water. We know you'll love the experience!
Itineras is a 1964 50' 32-ton Chris-Craft Constellation classic motor yacht. She's self-contained and is essentially a 500 sq ft two-bedroom, two-bathroom, living room, kitchen, relaxing deck, hotel suite on the water - with kayaks and oodles of classic nautical character. It's all there, just on a smaller scale.
Itineras is moored under cover at a phenomenal location on the fresh water side of the Ballard Locks next to downtown Seattle on Lake Union. Guests have full access to the vessel except the engine room and certain storage compartments. Amenities include:
Forward head (bathroom) with sink and toilet
Aft head with sink and shower
120v power throughout
Running hot and cold water
Small kitchen with electric oven, stove, sink, fridge and microwave
Comfortable sectional seating in the salon
Large flat screen tv, DVD player, streaming netflix and cable via DISH

We're delighted to have as much interaction as you wish but generally offer an initial orientation about the boat, the marina and area, then leave you to enjoy your stay. At all times we're a phone call, text or email away.
Fremont, Ballard, Capital Hill, Queen Anne, Magnolia and everything downtown and on the waterfront is essentially in your back yard. And, of course, dynamic Lake Union. Two kayaks are available for your use to relax and explore amazing sights and sounds.
Public transit runs in front of the marina. Kenmore Air, the area's fleet of float planes, shuttling passengers around the region - including our neighboring San Juan Islands - is also headquartered on Lake Union just blocks from the Itineras. A wonderful excursion to consider.
