<p><span>The apartment is two stories above the corner of Cole St. in a two-unit Victorian building. It is located on the 1st floor apartment with a southwest exposure, and is delightfully bright and sunny. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms.</span></p>
<p><span>Each room was designed in a different style. America's Cup, Eucalyptus and Little princess decoration surrounds this peaceful apartment. Charming Edwardian Style flat with magnificent city views located in the Cole Valley neighborhood. The home is elegantly furnished providing you comfort and luxury at affordable price.</span></p>
<p><span>The living room is facing Carl St while the bedrooms are located back in the building facing a quiet backyard, you will feel like at home. Original hardwood floors have been recently refinished and the bay window in the living room gives both plenty of natural light and privacy. This unit can accommodate up to 8 guests: with three queen beds and one full size sofa bed. All linens and towels are provided.</span></p>
<p><span>Neighborhood: COLE VALLEY</span><br /><span>This is one of the most exclusive areas in the city. Within walking distance are the Haight- Ashbury neighborhood and Golden Gate Park. Located in a very safe neighborhood steps away from restaurants and shops. Close enough to feel the turbulence from Haight Street lap at its doorstep, but far enough away to close the shutters and retreat into Victorian charm. The Sunset Tunnel, used by the N-Judah Muni Line, was opened in 1928. Cole Valley began to grow around the train stop at the intersection of Carl and Cole.</span></p>
<p><span>Car is not necessary as there is convenient public transportation right on the street. There is no parking in the building. You can park on the street for free but it is limited to two hours during the day and unlimited during the night (the 2 hour parking starts from 8am to 5pm). Unlimited parking is available on Rivoli and Alma streets, near Grattan Park, a few minute walk away (Please check the signs on the street). Or you can use one of the several parking garages located around the unit:</span><br /><span>Public Garages: UCSF Parking garage at 350 Parnassus Av. or the ABC Parking at 801 Stanyan St.</span></p>

<p><span>Union Square is 15 minutes away from the property by car or taxi. By public transportation: 18 min. Take the Muni Line N direction Caltrain and stop at Powell St.</span><br /><span>The Moscone Center is 15 minutes away from the property by car or taxi. By public transportation: 20 min. Take the Muni Line N direction Caltrain and stop at Powell St.</span><br /><span>Fisherman's Warf is 20 minutes away from the property by car or taxi. By public transportation: 40 min. Take the Muni Line N direction Caltrain and stop at Embarcadero. Then transfer to Muni Line F Direction Fisherman’s Wharf and stop there (Terminal).</span><br /><span>The SFO Airport is 13.3 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 27 min. You can also book a shuttle service. By public transportation: 1h15. Take BART at the airport direction East Bay, and stop at Civic City Center. Then transfer to Muni Metro line N direction Ocean Beach and stop at Stanyan St.</span></p>

Guests will have full access to all areas in the apartment complex including the swimming pool and tennis courts.
In addition there is a bus stop down the street and plenty of street parking if you have a car.
