Stunning, Remodeled, Quiet 1 Bedroom In Noe Valley
Noe Valley is one of San Francisco's best centrally located neighborhoods. Completely remodeled garden apartment that is both quiet and bright, with one bedroom, private street entrance and private deck with yard access.

My wife, Sherri, and I were in San Francisco on business; therefore, we decided to make it a vacation as well to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Marcia's unit was very well appointed and had all the accommodations of home. The neighborhood was very quiet, and as I like to walk a lot, I got to talk to a few of the neighbors who were so friendly. If you choose this unit, you will be very impressed with the green space of the back yard. You will appreciate sitting on the porch at sunset to enjoy a glass of wine. Furthermore, you are within walking distance to the famous 24th street that has all the shopping, groceries, dry cleaning, etc., to make your stay more comfortable. Marcia was so nice as to give us hints and ideas on which sites to visit. Once Marcia knew we are Jazz enthusiasts, she brought us brochures and articles of various Jazz venues to attend; she is most gracious. We will definitely return to this unit upon a return trip to San Francisco.
The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The location was extremely safe and was walkable to multiple forms of transportation. Be aware- it's definitely uphill coming from the Castro/Mission areas, so be ready to walk. We really loved our stay.
Marsha went above and beyond, and drove us to the Bart on the last day of our trip with all of our luggage. I do wish she had taken a few minutes more when we arrived to tell us a little more about the neighborhood/transportation options as we had very little idea of what we were near.
I recommend this place very highly. The owner responded quickly to email inquiries and follow up questions. The vrbo had everything my husband and I needed for a three week stay. We were even able to have friends over for dinner and a nice evening of visiting. The neighborhood is quiet, the porch is lovely to sit out on, and the walk to 24th street at least twice a day to visit our daughter was a wonderful and easy walk. We loved the stores and especially the wide variety of restaurants on 24th street. We will definitely stay here again.
My husband and I stayed here for a few days last week and the apartment is like a small piece of paradise! Sitting on the back deck, sipping wine, enjoying the scenery was one of our favorite parts of our stay. This place has everything you could possibly need! It is pristine and beautifully furnished! Our entire experience was spectacular and we look forward to visiting again! :)
This small garden-level apartment in Noe Valley is a wonderful spot for anyone staying a weekend or longer (I was there a month). The location is great (safe, quiet, and 50 steps from the #48 bus stop). Most of the furnishing were top-drawer and brand new (the washer/dryer in-unit is especially a bonus). There's also a little outside sitting area off of the bedroom, which is really nice, and brings some light into the unit. Overall, my stay was great, and the hostess (Marcia) was wonderful. I had 2 extremely minor issues while I was there (fire alarm wiring wasn't working on one of the alarms, and a small piece of the dryer door latch needed to be replaced). She was more than accommodating, and handled them quickly and efficiently, responding right away when I shot her an email about them. Additionally, Marcia gave me full privacy and treated me like a true tennant, which I absolutely appreciated. As far as location, I'm a 24th Street fan, and this was only 4 short blocks away, so a terrifc place to stay, particularly if you want to enjoy all that 24th Street/Noe Valley has to offer. Would highly recommend!
