<p><span>This house was built and used as an office for several years by the famed architect Julia Morgan of Hearst Castle fame. It carries many of her unique signatures including an emphasis on natural light, decks and gardens to deliver an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Other features include well located bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful aesthetics, use of white marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carved doors.</span></p>
<p><span>BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS</span></p>
<p><span>The first of the two bedrooms is located at the front of the house. It is a very large room outfitted with a bunk bed combining a large double bed and a twin bed. A writing desk, decorative fireplace and a TV complete this bedroom. The bay windows in this bedroom overlook a sitting area on top of the garage and the street beyond that.</span></p>
<p><span>Outside the door of the front bedroom is the first of the two full bathrooms. It is a beautifully appointed bathroom with a tub/shower.</span></p>
<p><span>The second bedroom is located at the back of the house with windows overlooking the garden. This large bedroom has an antique four post bed that is larger than a queen bed but smaller than a king bed. There is a lovely sitting couch and a decorative fireplace.</span></p>
<p><span>The second full bathroom is located outside the door of the second bedroom. It has a standup shower.</span></p>
<p><span>KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM</span><br /><span>The kitchen is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a full fridge. It is stocked with all the accessories you need to prepare an extravagant meal.</span></p>
<p><span>The dining room is connected to the kitchen and has a beautiful wood table with seating for 4. It’s a cozy area decorate with art from around the world.</span></p>
<p><span>LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS</span><br /><span>The home has a very large and lovely living room located towards the middle of the house next to the kitchen and dining room. A comfortable sectional sofa and a fluffy large chair are provided. A decorative fireplace compliments the traditional look of this beautiful and open room. Big French doors opening out to the deck bring in lots of light. A huge flat screen TV is hooked up to provide entertainment.</span></p>
<p><span>ATTRACTIONS</span><br /><span>The house is centrally located in the prestigious Pacific Heights neighborhood. From here you can easily get to any San Francisco attraction whether it be Union Square, the Marina, Pier 39, Golden Gate Park, or Japan Town!</span></p>
<p><span>QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.</span></p>
<p><span>MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY — MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 People. Standard Occupancy is 1under 4 guests. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.</span></p>
<p><span>Minimum stay normally 4 nights. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.</span></p>

The second floor has two carpeted bedrooms - one with four bunk beds and one with a trundle bed that can convert to two twins or a king size bed. There is a large bathroom on this floor as well as a laundry room and a huge playroom filled with toys and games. There is a trundle bed that sleeps two in the playroom. The third floor is carpeted and very sunny with a large master suite featuring a king sized bed, bathroom and office with views of the bay and GG Bridge. There is a large TV in the office.
Our home office is fully equipped with computers, several printers,a copier, scanner and comcast high speed internet connection. The entire house is set up for wireless.
Central location in Presidio within easy walking distance to all the best attractions in the City, including;
The Golden Gate Park, where the two best SF museums are located (the De Young and the California Academy of Sciences)
The Presidio , which has the California Palace of the Legion of Honor Museum, the famous Lands End walk along a six mile bluff trail overlooking the bay and beautiful public golf courses.
Three of SF's best beaches; Ocean Beach, Baker Beach and China Beach.
Many of city's best local restaurants, shops and movie theaters.
Two wonderful cafes and a local grocery store are one block away. There is also a local playground two blocks away with newly renovated tennis and basketball courts.
Easy bus routes are one block away with short rides to get you quickly to all the famous San Francisco attractions: Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, The Ferry Building, Chinatown, The Financial District, Coit Tower, The Marina, The Theater District and more.
