Located in the heart of San Francisco’s lively, historic North Beach District, which is commonly referred to as “Little Italy”. Nestled between russian Hill and Telegraph Hill in walking distance to the SF Bay!

Today (Upper) Grant Avenue, formerly the heart of the Beats’ hangouts, is a four block stretch of contemporary fashion boutiques, bohemian enclaves and cafes. Neon clad Broadway, where Topless began in 1964, remains focused on adult entertainment, strip clubs and great restaurants. Caffeine filledColumbus Avenue is one of America’s great boulevards with views of the Transamerica Pyramid to the south and Mount Tamalpais in distant Marin to the north.
In North Beach not only do you hear Italian, Chinese, Farsi, Arabic, French and Spanish, you also hear bellowing, reassuring fog horns and barking sea lions from the nearby bay, as well as the incessant noisy chatter of wild parrots that have chosen to reside here.
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY — MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 7 People. Standard Occupancy is 6 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 4 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.

The complex has an elevator and a gym, clubhouse/community room with lending library and courtesy land line telephone for local calls. <p><span>Cleaning fee is $155 for cleaning on departure ($150 for 21+ nigth stays). Interim cleaning can be arranged for an addtional $150 per cleaning. Additional fees such as pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.</span></p>
<p><span>In order to complete your reservation and receive entry instructions, you will be sent the SFHR Rental Agreement to SIGN and return via email along with a scan of your drivers license or passport and credit card. Upon receipt of the SIGNED documents and photo ID we will charge the $39 CSA fee and email the entry code and instructions.</span></p>
