Luxury 3 story house 3Bed or 4Bed+3.5Bath Near G.G Park Great For Weddings!
Beautiful, comfortable and newly remodeled single-family house located it is the most desirable and convenient neighborhood in San Francisco. Easy access to many SF attractions including Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Golf courses, Legion of Honor …
This house provided everything we were looking for. It is well appointed and well maintained with beautiful design options like marble bathrooms, hardwood floors, backyard and high-end kitchen. We especially enjoyed the formal dining room to hold our traditional family holiday dinners together. Great location to visit the beach, to cross the Golden Gate bridge and to go downtown for shopping and sightseeing. Also many great local eating options.
Tina was wonderful to work with! She answered all of our questions with clear and accurate answers and we received our deposit refund promptly.
We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives. enjoy!
Awesome house; it fit the needs of our group perfectly; there were issues with the heater the first night; but we figured them out and everything went great! Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group of people all wanting to stay together. the house was even stocked with shampoos and soaps for use as well a limited number of spices and dry groceries. Beautiful lemon tree in the backyard with a great fenced yard. Very quiet we heard no street traffic and it was better than hotel we could have stayed at.
The first thing we noticed on arrival was that this house looked better in reality than in the pictures shown. The three bedrooms and bonus room four bathrooms provided ample space and privacy for the eight of us. Location was ideal being only a few blocks away from the thirty eight bus route which takes you along Geary all the way into the city center. Grocer outlet store at Geary 27th Ave only 2 blocks away. Safeway store on 48th Ave, several coffee shops on Balboa St a couple of blocks away. The owner had the house well stocked providing plenty of towels, bed linens and toiletries. The utilities in the house were modern and to a high standard. Going out was easy with plenty of restaurants on Geary and nearby Clement St, particularly enjoyed the Q restaurant on Clement and the Beech Chalet on Sunset. Three blocks away you had the Golden Gate Park with many items of interest to be explored including the Science Center. A short bus ride along Fulton brought you to famous Hayes St with its unique shops and restaurants. All in all this was an ideal place to stay while on vacation in San Francisco, the house provided a homely atmosphere where you could relax and chill out and I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to friends or relatives.
Last minute booking this beautiful house for this stay in San Francisco was made very special. The Richmond area is perfect for easy and quick access to downtown, Sausalito, all the wonderful parks and the wine regions. We were in the Napa valley within half an hour and the Golden Gate Park and bridge are just minutes away. Only 1/2 hour away from shops and Fisherman's Wharf in super quick time. We loved this house. It is comfortable, immaculately clean and has everything we could possibly have needed. The lovely bathrooms and bedrooms were splendid at the end of a busy day and the kitchen was so well equipped that eating out was unnecessary although we couldn't help but try the local eateries some evenings. Tina was very kind and considerate to prepare extra blanket and pillows in the closet for our extra guest's use. And the nice bonus room downstairs and double bed for our kids to use. The house is very comfortable, spacious and very accommodating to our family. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back! Tina was very helpful with everything, and she was also very quick to refund our deposit. Definitely recommended!
Stay was comfortable on the main floor, the place was clean, but a little dusty in areas. Biggest pro: Really nice kitchen, dining room, and living room (however, having a bed in the open kitchen nook is misplaced, best to advertise for one less person to sleep there and remove the bed). Bathrooms were fine, shower head in master works poorly. Downstairs bonus room with full bath is too removed from the rest of the house to be useful to sleep in unless it's a single adult, but it was nice to have the extra shower and bathroom (our younger kids played down there during the day so it was a sort of nice for them to have a place to have to themselves). Biggest con: There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms - our rooms were a disaster of clothes and suitcases piled about, after 5 days it was barely manageable. Two rooms did have closets and do have a top shelf and hangers, but there is lots of packaging from the comforters and other things in all of them. The third bedroom had a dresser but it was full of towels and linens, and did not have a closet. That is a queen bedroom (was for our two kids) and it was a mess. There is one parking space in front of the house, and the garage will not fit anything bigger than a compact car. Sunroom off of the kitchen is nice, and the backyard patio is really great (especially in the sun), and has a grill and a nice big table.
My family and I had a very short stay in San Francisco but it was an amazing time thanks to Tina and this amazing rental property. Our plans were very last minute and Tina was gracious and accommodating. The rooms are exactly as they appear in the photos and the location was easy to find not to mention conveniently close to the ocean and other great San Francisco attractions like the Golden Gate Park. My group consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids and we were all quite comfortable. Upon arriving, the great looking and pleasant smelling place made us feel right at home. There was plenty of space to spread out as well as central rooms for us all to gather and hang out. Tina was quick to respond when we had a question about lighting in the back area. I plan to go back to San Francisco for a longer period of time and would definitely return to this place with my family. I have told all my friends and family about this amazing place.
What a great house and location. Bedrooms were large and well appointed and the bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful as well. Great house! Tina was a pleasure to work with and everything went flawlessly. Fair warning, the garage is a bit tight, it will not fit anything larger than a compact car so plan on parking on the street if you are driving anything larger. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We were a group of 7. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well supplied. There were extra things that you usually don't get when you rent a condo or house. The owner had soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of paper goods. There were plenty of towels too. The decor was nice and the bedrooms were well sized and comfortable. The location was excellent. Far from crowds but close to Golden Gate Park. Very convenient. The owner Tina was very nice to work with and always got back to you fast when you had any questions. We highly recommend this rental.
We just returned from our week and this house is fabulous! The pictures are accurate and the house is immaculate. We had 4 adults and three teenage girls and there was ample room for everyone to find their own space. The beds were very comfortable and the house has everything you need... hair shampoo, soap, kitchen supplies, iron, hairdryer. You don't need to pack much to stay at this house.
And the owner, Tina, is amazing! We had a problem with the dryer the night before we were leaving so our clothes were not drying and I placed a call. She came to the house at 10:00 and took our load of laundry to the laundrymat and returned it for us! We were really very very thankful to not have to pack wet cloths! We also used her neighbor for limo transport to and from the airport, perfect!!
General tourist tips: Get a Muni pass if you don't have a car. It takes a good 45 minutes on the bus from down the hill to Fisherman's Wharf. Once we got our bearings the buses worked fine, they just tend to stop every two blocks and at times can be crowded. We also rented Segways for 2 hours and went to the park and other places, a total blast!!
We came to San Francisco for my daughter's wedding ( in Golden Gate Park) and stayed here with my mother in law, son, and daughter in law. As a previous reviewer said, the pictures were very accurate. The kitchen was well appointed. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches here. The beds had nice linens and were very comfortable. Tina had a nice summary of the local restaurants nearby. The wireless was great. What amazed us was that later in the day that we had checked out,we had already been credited our security deposit. Our daughter lives 5 blocks away and we will definitely look to stay here again! Tina is great! This is a gorgeous home!
Our stay was perfect. The house is well appointed, and large enough to accommodate our family of 8. The backyard is very large and open. The pictures on the VRBO site are completely accurate. The owner was immediately accessible but we had no complaints and everything worked fine. the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I would warn you there are alot of steps, so probably not for those with problems walking, or carrying big bags. but it is San Francisco and walking up and down is the norm! We hosted a graduation party and there was plenty of room for all our guests. The dining room is large and the wood work throughout the house is lovely. The beds were comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. It was a wonderful weekend. We would absolutely stay again and recommend this location, close to restaurants, the park and the beach. Everything is easy to reach and there was even parking on the street!
Our family came to San Francisco for a graduation and an engagement. The home was very stylish and elegant. The linens were of good quality and everything was in excellent working condition. The Chang family couldn't have been nicer. They were willing to accomodate all of our needs and left us a lovely bowl of lemons and limes. We highly recommend this home! Thank you!!
Our stay at this house was wonderful. Location is good: Golden Gate park is close, not too far from the historical center, at the same time quiet. There was enough space for everybody, for our company of 7 people it was more than enough. You can find there everything you need, even card for groceries store Safeway was left for us.
Sleeps aprox. ten people making it perfect for groups. Very beautiful, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. All home necessities (and then some!) are provided for. I will be back!
I live in SF but rented this home because I had family coming to town for a Thanksgiving dinner and we needed a bigger place to get together. It was fantastic! There was plenty of room for all of us, and we had a great time. We enjoyed having dinner, watching college football, and taking a walk in the park. The home is nicely decorated but homey with a great kitchen. And the owner put in some extra time to make the stay easy, leaving a good list of nearby stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. One caution - it's equipped for most dinners, but you might consider bringing some extra cooking equipment for a major cooking adventure. Overall, A+!
We had a great time at this house. Very roomey and lots of bathrooms. We had 3 couples stay there and everyone had a good time. The neighborhood was quite but had some isues with the parking. Garage is very small, but overall the location met everyones needs. The coffee maker was broke and the owner had a brand new coffee maker delivered to the house that same day. I would stay here again in future visits to the area. Jeff Brown and friends
The external of the house is better than the picture. The decoration is new and great. The stay in it was comfortable and convenient.

The one bedroom and one bath house was originally built on the East Coast. In 1906, the house was dismantled, and shipped to San Francisco via freighter around Cape Horn, where it was reassembled on its current site.
