<p><span>$39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. This is charged directly by SH Holiday Rentals on top of the Funds paid to Roomorama. Documentation provided upon receipt of booking from Roomorama.</span></p>
<p><span>Cleaning fee is $150 for cleaning on departure. Interim cleaning can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning. Additional fees such as pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.</span></p>
<p><span>In order to complete your reservation and receive entry instructions, you will be sent the SFHR Rental Agreement to SIGN and return via email along with a scan of your drivers license or passport and credit card. Upon receipt of the SIGNED documents and photo ID we will charge the $39 CSA fee and email the entry code and instructions.</span></p>

<span>Welcome to our garden apartment on sunny Potrero Hill (in the summertime, when much of the city is covered in chilly fog, we usually have sunshine!). We are a 10-minute walk from the "T" tram line, which goes to downtown, the Union Square area and the ballpark. </span><br /><br /><span>--We are 4 blocks from a Caltrain stop, where you can catch a train to Silicon Valley destinations and Stanford University (you need to take a shuttle bus from the train station to reach Stanford). </span><br /><br /><span>--Grocery stores, restaurants (Italian, French, Sushi, Vietnamese, Mexican, Pizza, Mediterranean, Crepes, Californian, sandwiches), a wine shop, a great coffee house, a bookstore, other shops and a library - all within very close walking distance. There is also a Whole Foods supermarket about half a mile from the house. </span><br /><br /><span>--Free street parking is usually very easy to find in the area (though there are street cleaning restrictions on Monday and Wednesday mornings). If you arrive late at night, parking may be a bit more difficult - but even then, you'll typically find a spot within a couple of blocks, which is rare in San Francisco! </span><br /><br /><span>--Restaurant and travel advice - I'm a travel and food writer! I'm happy to make recommendations and reservations for you. I'll even share my list of the latest insider food spots - the ones you'll be reading about 6 months from now! I also know the Wine Country quite well. </span><br /><br /><span>--You'll find a large collection of local information in the apartment, including guide books, maps, transportation information and restaurant guides. We also provide a folder with menus from all the neighborhood restaurants. </span><br /><br /><span>Note: this apartment is at the back of the lower level of our private house. You enter through a private door in the garage, walk through the garage and then enter the apartment through a private door. You may hear a few footsteps from upstairs, but in general, it is very quiet.</span><br /><br />
