BE AWARE: For those of you not familiar with San Francisco, please be aware that our beautiful city suffers from problems like anywhere else in the world. Here are a few tips to help you have a better experience in San Francisco.
- Homeless: With the economic recession, you will see more and more homeless people in every part of San Francisco, even in the most prestigious areas such as Nob Hill or the financial district. So please be prepared to see many of them during your stay in San Francisco. They are usually nice.
- Car broken windows: You have no reason to experience any problem IF you do not let any apparent object in your car. No matter where you park your car in the city, even the most prestigious areas, do NOT let any apparent object inside (CDs, cell phone, GPS, etc…).
- Parking tickets: With the economic recessions, the city of San Francisco distributes parking tickets for any slight mistakes. Do read the parking sign and put money in the meter.
- Do not let those unfortunate situations ruin your visit in lovely San Francisco :) It is one of the greatest American cities.
We are here to help you have a wonderful stay in San Francisco!
