The Duboce Studio is a newly remodeled unit in convenient yet very quiet location. The studio is just up the block from Duboce Park and within walking distance of the Castro. It is also three blocks from a Muni Metro stop and two blocks from beautiful Buena Vista Park.<br><br>The Duboce Studio has a large main room that includes a sleeping area and a lounging area with a couch. The kitchen has been totally modernized and includes granite counter tops and a small dining table. It is fully stocked. The bathroom has been elegantly designed using the finest of materials. <br><br>The unit offers a great degree of natural light and at the same time, a significant level of privacy. Perfect for your vacation or business trip.<br><br>Smoking Policy<br><br>All vacation rentals are non-smoking; including decks, patios, and pool side locations. Each vacation rental has an individual policy.<br><br>Personal Conduct Policy<br><br>To preserve the quality of atmosphere for our neighbors we ask the each guest exercise fair judgment and monitor their noise levels. Parties or social functions with multiple or loud guests may result in immediate eviction. Please observe our daily quiet time from 9PM - 8AM.<br><br>Damage Policy<br><br>Any and all damage, item removal, or loss of value of any and all amenities, furnishings, or physical structure, will be the full responsibility of the credit card bearer. We reserve the right to reimburse any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or loss due to the negligent conduct of guests. This includes the misuse of items resulting in their repair or replacement. Please review the house guide for complete instructions of intended use. <br><br><h2>Add-on Services</h2><br><br>Cancellation Policy<br><br>Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee.<br><br>Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the unit can be re-rented.<br><br>San Francisco Hotel Tax<br><br>All rates are subject to a City Hotel Tax of 14%. This tax is NOT applied to reservations over 29 days.<br><br>Cleaning Fees, Excessive Use<br><br>There are NO additional charges associated with reservations that are 13 or less days. The cleaning fee has been applied to your nightly rate. Guests staying more than 14 days are subject to a $65 per week cleaning fee. This service includes fresh towels, linen, soaps, and papers.

<p><span>$39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. This is charged directly by SH Holiday Rentals on top of the Funds paid to Roomorama. Documentation provided upon receipt of booking from Roomorama.</span></p>
<p><span>Cleaning fee is $130 for cleaning on departure ($150 for 21+ nigth stays). Interim cleaning can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning. Additional fees such as pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.</span></p>
