At entry level, there are 2 more master bedrooms, both having queen sized comfortable beds. All linens and kitchenware are provided. Stay local and enjoy what Ocean Beach/ Sunset Cliffs and Point Loma has to offer. Or you can take a 15 min. ride north to La Jolla for museums, more beaches and restaurants and beautiful sites. If you are interested in golfing, La Jolla is home to world renown Torrey Pines Golf Course and Torrey Pines Reserve for hiking exploring and great views.
San Diego has amazing beaches, bays and parks. Lots to do whether you come for a family vacation or some R & R with a friend or loved one.
Our home is conveniently located walking distance to Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach, restaurants, bars, shops, Olive Tree Market, Rite Aid pharmacy, and banks. Sunset Cliffs (2 blocks away) has many walking/ jogging paths and trails as well as tidepooling, surfing, sunbathing and beautiful sunsets. You can walk one block to Newport Cafe for your morning coffee/ tea, a bagel/ muffin and a newspaper. Ocean Beach, a small beach community a few miles northwest of downtown San Diego. OB is about as unpretentious as San Diego beach living gets. In many ways, it's kind of a quiet sleepy place that time forgot. It's one of the few places left in San Diego (or the rest of the country for that matter) where the shops are locally owned and managed, and there isn't a Baby Gap and a Pottery Barn on every corner. It's a place where the O.B. Chili Cook Off, the Christmas Parade, and the 4th of July fireworks show are annual traditions. Ocean Beach is also known for it's antique shops and for having the longest pier in southern CA. You can walk to the end and grab a snack at the snack hut/ cafe. Many people fish off the pier; join in or be a spectator. Kids & adults alike love to watch the waves crash below!
Our townhome is a 5 min. drive to Sea World. Mission Bay is also a lot of fun to walk, ride bikes, go boating or kayaking and has great playgrounds and BBQ areas! Also, you will have a great view of the Sea World fireworks from there or anywhere in OB. Just on the other side of the hill is Point Loma. Plan to visit the Cabrillo Monument and spend the day hiking and exploring. You can have lunch at a number of restaurants on the harbor. Wednesdays in Ocean Beach/ Newport Ave. (6 blocks away), you can enjoy a Farmer's Market complete with music, a jumpy and Lama Rides!
There are 2 tandem parking spaces dedicated to this town home on the alley side. No parking in front of garages.
