<span style="font-size: 8.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #666666; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US">The house is situated in a quiet street, just steps from Viale Guglielmo Marconi, a long street connecting with the Trastevere Area district of Eur modern, full of businesses that make it a point of reference for the city shopping.In addition Trastevere district, one of the most vivid and characteristic of the city, every Sunday held the traditional Portaportese market.The area is well connected with many bus stop in just a few minutes to historic center.Easily accessible from the airports of the city.<br />The house, completely indipendent, is on second floor of the building, small ,but extremely comfortable, consisting of one room with double bed, kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking and bathroom with shower (also available hair dryer) equipped with air conditioning, can also be used for heating in winter,tv and internet wi fi and provides guests linen/bed sheets.It’s a very good solution for both holiday stays, for study or work and you can stay for short or long period.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 8.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #666666; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US"> </span><br /><br />
The host Claudia and her colleague are very nice and helpful people. Nevertheless, the room was below my expectation. The sheets seemed clean, the towels were probably washed but there were still stains over them and some parts of them were torn which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Water was dripping from the flush and at the end of 3 days we had a small lake in the bathroom. There were no holder for the shower. Besides all, the location is at Marconi which is a center itself but really far from the center of Trastevere. To get to the metro you need to take a bus. Public transportation is quite problematic in Rome. One night we had to wait for the bus that would take us to the metro for more than an hour. It's hard to find a taxi as well. We had only 3 nights in Rome and we lost so much time trying to reach to the main centers of Rome from this place...
