In case you stop at the end of the Line 8 in Argentina Square, you can easily reach by walk Venezia Square, Via del Corso, Spanish Steps, Rotonda Square, Pantheon, Navona Square, Campo dei Fiori, and the Jewish district. The San Peter Cathedral and Vatican City State, included Vatican Museums, are less than 3 Km far from the end of the line as well. Public transport services are available to get there, but a wonderful walk is preferable, walking alongside the Tevere river, going across the Vittorio Emanuele II bridge, and getting to via della Conciliazione, where you can find the majestic cathedral, representing the papal residence and a million believers’ destination. From Torre Argentina Square, you can also reach Colosseum and Circo Massimo by foot in 20 minutes, walking through fori imperiali, alongside visitable and visible remains of ancient Rome. Furthermore, you can enjoy villa Pamphili, green lung of the town which is close to the apartment and reachable by walk, where local people spend time by playing sports or just lying down in the grass, just to benefit from outdoor life. In case you want to enjoy one of the most beautiful view of Rome, you must get to the gianicolo walk, 3 km far from the apartment, either by taking public transport services, or by foot in 30 minutes, to be rewarded at the end by a sight of the eternal city. To local markets’ lovers and non, you can get to Portaportese by the Line 8, where every Sunday morning you can go round booths of dresses, furnishings, books, working tools and accessories.
The apartment is also very conveniently located, as bars, restaurants and shops are reachable by walk.
