The house retains original features 40 years, with stucco floors and antiques. The view is both on the main road on the inner courtyard. A few steps from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. The area is well connected, with shops and markets nearby. The apartment is also only a short walk from two of the most vibrant capital of San Lorenzo and the Pigneto, with clubs and restaurants frequented.

The apartment is composed by a completely equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a double sofa bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double sofa bed (which becomes two beds) and a terrace. Please notice that each one of the rooms has its own bathroom. This neighbourhood is one of the most popular ones amongst university students in Rome, for it is set very close to the CittÃ Universitaria. The entire area is filled with students who attend different courses (from Engireering to Modern Languages), and thus many pubs, cinemas and entertainment places in general have been opened in this area over the last years. Some of the most interesting sites around San Lorenzo include Porta di San Lorenzo, Basilica di San Lorenzo fuori le mura, the Cemetery of Verano, the University City and the Catacumbs of Ciriaca. The apartment is not very far away from the Central Railway Station of Termini, which comes in very handy if you arrive in Rome by train (either from the airport or from another Italian city). The district of San Lorenzo offers many public transportation opportunities: the different trolleys and buses, as well as the Policlinico Metro Stop (Line B) will take you virtually anywhere in the city.
