Suite Oriani room # 3
Charm, relax, comfort are only some of the features which describe Suite Oriani, a town-house situated in one of the most exclusive districts in the heart of Rome, the Parioli. Close by Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and Villa Borghese, Suite Oriani has a strategic position because you can reach the most famous destinations and identify the most leading routes in search of the "Eternal City" and of his historical centre.

The residence, which contains Suite Oriani, is in Art-Nouveau style; it was built in 1929 by Furino Architect, a man of a singular artistic sensitivity. He was prone to the complex and innovative stylistic European "Art Nouveau" movement; so he decided to surround the building with a cordon of frescoes representing winged horses, visible in part up to now. To its realization the architect decided to involve the Art Deco decorator Duilio Cambellotti, who boasts some effigies among his most important works on the "Altare della Patria" in Piazza Venezia and the large windows in the Casina delle Civette in Villa Torlonia in Rome.

Suite Oriani is a historical residence, recently restored, immersed in the Parioli stillness and greenness. Historically a "diplomatic" and exclusive district in Rome (in fact the most important countries in the world have here their consular branches), today is also putting on the look of a financial centre and of the "new dolce vita", thanks to the opening of the "Parco della Musica" Auditorium, Renzo Piano's work, in 2002. Now one of the most intense musical seasons in the world is taking place in it. The district is perfectly connected to the rest of the city: the historical centre inside the walls can be reached by only one underground stop or by a pleasant walk through Villa Borghese.

The rooms are furnished with '800 and '900 antiques - pictures, furniture, carpets, precious tapestries and appliqué, which melt harmoniously with the building architecture. Accurate in every details, intimate and refined, the rooms have got every comfort: private services, air-conditioning system, TV LCD and satellite, wireless Internet access, minibar, tea/coffee-kettle and room service. Some of them are provided with a small balcony. Continental breakfast is served in the room.

The high quality of the services and a reserved and comfortable area are at the bottom of the hospitality idea of Suite Oriani and of the family that is running it.

Art, greenness, relax, closeness to the historical Rome centre, exclusiveness, fascination. Suite Oriani is a magnificent town-house where to stay, either as business or to visit the incredible splendours of the "Eternal City".

Add-on Services

Room Services:

En-suite bathroom

Orthopedic mattress and wired bed frame with wooden staves

Air-conditioning autonomous system (air-conditioning/heat pump)

Wireless Internet access

TV LCD 20''

TV satellite

Minibar with a range of drinks and snacks

Tea/coffee kettle to make coffee and tea

Hairdryer

Electronic safe

Breakfast at disposal inside your room or in the garden (weather, organizational and operative conditions permitting) including a selection of hot beverages (cappuccino, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, weak american style coffee, instant coffee etc.) and a choice of either italian breakfast (rusk, butter, marmalade, chocolate spread, warm small croissant, cookies or plum cakes or homemade cakes, orange juice and fruit yoghurt), international breakfast (corn flakes, bread, cooked ham, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, seasonal fruit, fruit yoghurt and orange juice) or a mixed breakfast

Room daily cleaning

Small balcony (on request, if available)

Town-house Services:

Info point with a brochure, maps and other informative materials

Left-luggage office for late leaving and early arrival

Guide (on request)

Limousine service from/to the airports/harbour (on request)

Outside parking to the Villa (on request)

Laundry service (on request)

Mobile renting (on request, if available)

Credit cards (only VISA and MASTERCARD) accepted

All the services "on request" of the town-house have its charge.
