It is an independent and fully furnished studio flat for 1 or 2 people (queen size bed), with air condition, internet, TV. Around there is a garden and a terrace where you can relax at will. The studio is equipped with a Sauna which is a pleasant winter amenity; it can be used after an agreement with the owner at a small extra-fee. Included are self-service italian breakfast (milk, coffee, tea, croissant, brioches, jam) clean bed linen and towels. The apartment is located in the neighborhood "Centocelle" not far from the center of Rome, where there is a large archaeological park where the Wright brothers experimented with the first italian flight one hundred years ago. The center can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or train. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you come by car, you can agree on the use of a private car park. I am very hospitable and attentive to the needs of the tourist, so I try to cater to his every need. I can provide an italian phone card, during your stay. Welcome to my studio flat.
