Romantic getaway? Visiting grandkids? Attending a wedding?
Who would choose a pricey hotel when you can have all the comforts of a home-away-from-home in your own private, cozy, fully-equipped studio? The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There is ample parking or a 10 minute …
What A Great place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to see, visit with the kids, see our "New" Granddaughter. The host was great, but we didn't get enough time to really visit with her. NOTE: Must do that next time. And there will be a next time as soon as we can do it. This place was Excellent, we felt like we were almost home. Everything was "as stated", in the write-up. And better. I would recommend this as a home away for anyone.
There is more than enough for anyone to see around El Cerrito, or hop the BART for San Fran. The possiblities there are limitless.
Limor, you have a nice clean place to come too, we'll see you soon. Take Care, Bob
Limor - I just wanted to write you and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your apartment. I'm sorry that we didn't get much time to sit and talk with you. Since this rental was close to my new Grand daughter, we were trying to bond with her as much as possible, and of course visit with her parents. Rest assured we will be staying there again. My wife and I want to wish you and yours a great Holiday season, and for a prosperous new year..Always...Bob and Cathy
Welcomed with chocolates and a delicious pumpkin loaf! Hostess checks that all is well and offers any needed advice regarding neighbourhood amenities. This little apartment has all the basics, but if you enjoy cooking the old gas range is a bit of a challenge, as is the undersized fridge. However, there are several restaurants within walking distance, and two grocery stores near by. Lovely neighbourhood for strolls, with comfortable backyard to enjoy the sun and flowers.
I'm not sure where to begin! This property was exactly what we were looking for: private, close to our adventures, and even had many of our at-home amenities... but we got so much more! The property owner, Limor, made sure our stay was special. Upon meeting her we really felt like we were visiting family. She was warm, inviting, and intriguing, and very helpful in offering ideas for the local area. The more we talked to her, the more we wanted to get to know her. Seriously. Regarding the property, the apartment was charming, and included everything we needed for nearly a week-long stay. Limor even provided a breakfast bread (cranberry nut, if I remember correctly), orange juice, butter, and fresh coffee creamer in the refrigerator upon our arrival. This was in addition to all the spices, teas, coffees, and other cooking ingredients that came in useful during our stay. This was all an excellent touch. The welcome package also included a "user's manual" of sorts for the property, explaining the use of the hot tub, laundry facilities, BBQ grill, and cable TV features, as well as information about the neighborhood; answering all of the questions we might have had, but also could easily refer to the manual over the week. Much to our surprise, the neighborhood provided recycling and composting services, and even on vacation, we were happy about this aspect as well. There’s no question in my mind that if we were in the Bay area again, we’d certainly contact Limor for another stay!
My daughter and I stayed here for only a few days, but we sure wish that it could have been a month! Limor was a wonderful hostess, and her sons went out of their way to help us have a good time. The house is in a very nice part of Richmond, very close to the BART Station and a small mall that includes Trader Joe's. There is also a 24-hour Nation's Hamburgers nearby, and for those who are nostalgic for days gone by, the remnants of the Playground at the Beach in San Francisco is within easy walking distance.
In short, we recommend this property highly, and hope that others will take advantage of the best deal in the Bay Area.
My boyfriend and I decided to visit San Francisco and got lucky enough to find this little gem! This studio was absolutely perfect and charming! It was beautifully decorated and the backyard garden was so relaxing to sit in. The price of this rental was so affordable and we were able to spend more money San Francisco attractions! The nicest thing was that we were able to bring our pups with us on our vacation. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone visiting San Francisco.
We enjoyed the condo very much, very good location, quiet and beautiful, easy access to freeway It had everything we needed while we were there. The owners Limor and Rachel were awesome very responsive and helpful.Hope we will rent it again some day
I took my daughter to San Francisco as a surprise for her 16th birthday and this apartment felt like home! The location and apartment size were perfect. It was very close to the freeways, colleges and all tourist attractions. Not only was public transportation local, we were able to park directly in front of the property at any given hour. The owners were far greater than hospitable! Offering suggestion and direction without reservation. They really go above and beyond when it comes to assisting you on every area possible. We were even extended an invitation that led to one of the most enjoyable workouts ever! It was the best rental experiences I have had! I look forward to referring everyone to stay at this property! Thanks again!
