This charming, comfortable one bedroom flat is on the top of floor of a Haussmann building dating from 1880. It is accessible by lift and was fully renovated in June 2009 to comply with the latest environmental standards. It is light and enjoys a very calm setting, a small balcony looking out over Paris and has nearby shopping. It is bathed in sunlight all day long, with windows on all four sides, and can comfortably sleep four adults. The flat has individual central heating, the latest multi-split air conditioning technology, a fully equipped kitchen with multifunction oven, induction cook top, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electrical cooking appliances, etc. – everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The living room includes a window onto a small balcony, has a modern widescreen high definition TV, together with a Blu-Ray DVD player (European region) and Internet. A welcome booklet also provides information about all the nearby amenities, restaurants and tourist attractions.

The bathroom is also fitted with a radiator which is linked to the central heating in winter and becomes an independent, programmable electric heater in summer.
