The main room features a very comfortable double size bed for 2 guests, A TV with DVD player and living area with plush chair.
The kitchen has been renovated with high-end fittings and features a fridge/freezer, ceramic induction stove, sink, lighting, high-end microwave/grill, washer/dryer, and historic tile.
The kitchen area features a table that can be opened to fit up to 4 people and a high-quality double sofa-bed to welcome 2 more guests.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink and WC.
The apartment does not face the street, so you will have a very quiet place to rest.
Enjoy local Rue De Bretagne a few blocks away for authentic gourmet shops. Bakeries, cheese shops, butcher, fresh fish and seafood as well as local favorite cafes and restaurants are all located in this neighborhood. Enjoy some food from the open-air market of Les Enfants Rouges. Or shop for some fresh produce to cook a meal in the comfort of home.
Steps from "Beaubourg" and Centre Pompidou, Shopping of Rue Montorgeuil, Les Halles and all the Marais has to offer.

Line 11 will take you direct to Hotel De Ville, the center of Paris, you can go in any direction from here.

Welcome to our bright and quiet 45sqm artist studio!
This studio is a duplex: The top floor being an artist atelier, only the bottom floor is available for guests.
Here, the layout is the following:
On your left the sitting/sleeping room, on your right the kitchen with dining space. The bathroom with WC is separate.
This flat is extremely bright getting sun in the morning on one side and in the afternoon on the other side.
It is on the 4th floor of residential “pre Hausmannian” type building. There is no elevator. The common areas will be refurbished over the next 6 months.
Equipment wise, you will be able to use the Wifi/ADSL for free. There is no TV in the apartment, but if you find you need distraction, you can pick up one of the books from the three libraries. A good way to learn French if you feel that way!

You will see paintings, sculptures and other self made art pieces.
The sleeping arrangements are the following: One extremely comfortable sofa bed for 2 and 1 other sofa bed for 1 child (up to 8 years of age). This makes the flat ideal for the single traveler, the couple or the couple with child.
Access is easy by metro (station Ourcq less than 100 meters away). By car, the peripherique exit is less than 1 mile away.
A guarded car parking space is available for a supplement of 15 EUR/day.
With regards to sightseeing you are walking distance from “Les buttes Chaumont”, hip “Canal Saint Martin” and “La Vilette”.
As for most Parisian flats, shopping facilities are around the corner: A bio boulangerie is located on the other side of the street (20 meters), a Franprix grocery store is to be found next door.
