    <span>Welcome to the Findhorn Dweller's ORGANIC, Sustainable, ecoGreen retreat, the-eco-nest, a healthy place for guests to rest. We have a 2 — 3 night minimum, but if you'd like to stay for only one night, please contact me with the Contact ME Blue Button on the right side of the page.</span>
    <p><span>The ecoNEST-guest rest, an eco-dweller's delight nestled in a forest of redwood &amp; madrone 5 minutes from SPIRIT ROCK MEDITATION CENTER, borders open space for hiking &amp; biking in West Marin's SAN GERONIMO VALLEY. This valley, only 45 minutes from San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge, is a nature lover's paradise populated by artists, musicians, restaurants &amp; environmental activists. The NEST is between Spirit Rock on one end &amp; Point Reyes National Seashore (Inverness, Tomales Bay) on the other.</span></p>
    <p><span>We have hosted many guests with MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES (MCS), EI, or EMF/RF. The NEST is FRAGRANCE-FREE, chemical-free, MOLD-FREE, &amp; does not use microwaves, smartMeters or WiFi. We have free cable internet. Floor-to-ceiling windows to the west, and doors and windows on 3 sides provide beautiful natural light &amp; fresh air. We provide a HEPA EL Foust Air Purifier and use a HEPA Meile Vacuum.</span></p>
    <p><span>What's ORGANIC in the NEST? Everything with an asterisk * is * ORGANIC *, &amp; everything else is sustainable or recycled.</span></p>
    <p><span>*queen-sized *ORGANIC MATTRESS, *sleeping pillows, *duvet comforter, *cotton &amp; silk bedding, *teas,*coffee, *wool dhurrie area rug, *mattress pad, *towels, bamboo flooring, private bathroom with large travertine tile shower, earth-friendly cleaning products, HEPA vacuum, recycle food leftovers, recycle paper/plastic/cans, metal trash cans to recycle paper/plastic/glass/cans, EL Foust HEPA charcoal air filter, low-flush toilet, low energy Cozy Legs electric radient eco-efficient space heaters, Lasko Ceramic (Green Company) oscillating heater.</span></p>
    <p><span>We host a library of books about healthy homes, sustainability, urban homesteading, green planet, some novels, and we offer tips about the mindful use of water, propane, and other resources (shutting lights when you're not in the nest, etc.).</span></p>

    <p><span>WHAT TO BRING — Please bring slippers (or heavy socks) to wear inside the nest &amp; leave your street shoes at the door. A flashlight (we don't have street lights here and evening walks can be dark). If you want to go to the beach or sunbathe, please bring your beach towel. Always bring warm clothing for cool evenings, even when the days are hot.</span></p>
    <p><span>SEPTIC/WATER MINDFULNESS — We are on septic system. Please be mindful of water usage for showers &amp; flushing. Please don't throw anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Please use the propane fireplace mindfully &amp; shut propane heater before getting into bed and when leaving the NEST, even for short trips.</span></p>
    <p><span>We are in a HIGH FIRE AREA bordering open space. Please NO SMOKING of any kind on the property, and no candles or open flames.</span></p>
    <p><span>Shoes off at the door keeps the NEST free from one of the main sources of indoor pollution (your shoes). If you prefer not to remove your shoes, tell us so we can remove the *organic wool area rugs and keep the NEST clean for the next NEST guests.</span></p>
    <p><span>The nest is up a flight of steps so unfortunately at this time, we don't have handicap access.</span></p>
    <p><span>We live in a QUIET village in the forest. If you're looking for a relaxing time in a quiet and serene space, book with us. If you're looking for a place to play loud music and party, we're not your place.</span></p>
    <p><span>DOG GUESTS — Dogs fee: $20 extra/visit. Dogs accepted by approval. We provide lists to dog-friendly hiking trails, beaches, &amp; restaurants where you can join your people on the patio or outside dining.</span></p>
    <p><span>NOTE: rates may be higher on weekend nights than weekday nights, and higher for a single Saturday night stay.</span></p>
    <p><span>COOKING: There is NO COOKING in the NEST. We have a tea pot for hot water, a coffee pot, and offer organic coffee, organic tea, and organic instant oatmeal.</span></p>
