The Beach House
Full of light and space, the spacious open plan interior boasts a granite bench top kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, premium appliances and gas cooking; a powder room; an internal laundry equipped with washer and dryer and a combined lounge/dining flowing out to generous sundrenched courtyards at the front and rear. Soak up the morning sun in the front courtyard or enjoy a relaxing BBQ in the rear courtyard.
The Beach House is child friendly with both courtyards fully fenced and private. Guests also have access to the beautifully landscaped central courtyard gardens complete with manicured lawns and fountain.
The upper level comprises the main bathroom and two generous bedrooms with built-ins. The main bedroom features a sunlit balcony and includes a double size bed. The second bedroom features twin single beds with TV and DVD player for the children. A lounge downstairs also converts to a sofa bed, with a single fold-out bed stored. The Beach House can sleep up to 7.
The apartment features gas heating, plus air conditioning in the bedrooms. Plasma TV, DVD player, CD player with stereo surround sound, Foxtel, all included. Guests also have use of a secure car space.
Please note this is a non-smoking apartment and smoking is not permitted in the apartment, courtyards, balcony or gardens. Pets are also not permitted in the apartment complex. Minimum 6 night bookings.
The Beach House Mona Vale is the ideal base for visitors who want to swim or surf Sydney’s Northern Beaches, to fish or to explore the region’s bushland and still waterways. On the ocean side, Mona Vale is flanked by a chain of surfing beaches and partly-protected bays, while it is bounded by Pittwater and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park to the north and Narrabeen Lakes to the south.
Off Narrabeen Park Parade, the Recreation Reserve on the bluff dividing Mona Vale and Warriewood beaches presents a peerless view over the coast, Mona Vale beach, Mona Vale Golf Course and beyond to glimpses of Pittwater, shimmering through gaps in the hills. When the sea breezes blow, hang-gliders flock to the reserve to launch themselves into flight off the headland.
Mona Vale Golf Course is a leisurely stroll from The Beach House. This par 72 championship golf course is both beautiful and challenging.
