      NEW, MODERN & PRIVATE BATH

We have spare room in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment so your room will have private bathroom with shower, spacious living room with open plan kitchen, access to roof top with grill, basement for bike storage.

The house we live in is brand new built that has 3 apartments.. we are on the 2nd floor.

Access to a really big roof top so you can do some morning yoga (we've got 2 mats) or use BBQ to grill some chicken or mushrooms :)

There is a basement with bike storage and if you wish we can loan you our bikes (mountain & foldable) for free.

You'll be sharing living room and kitchen with us (myself- home sitting dad to our daughter and my wife who works Mon-Fri in Manhattan) so you'll have your own private room with bathroom/shower.

If you'll bring me some beer or dark chocolate I'm able to offer you a lesson of yoga or teach you some hand balance exercises on a roof top ;)

I am Latvian and my wife is Turksih/British so we are able to speak to you in Latvian, Russian, Turkish and English of course.

If you travel with the baby then you are welcome as we do have a travel crib for a kid up to 1 year old (depends how tall is a babe) :)

      Kind regards,
      Oskars Eiduks
