The Central Park few blocks away, 5 Avenue and Madson Avenue less than 10min walking! 
The apartment is big enough for 3 or 4 people. There is a big queen size bed, and a convertible coach, (I can assure its very comfortable). The Kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is very well decorated and clean. 
There is wifi WIRELESS HIGH SPEED internet connection, APPLE TV, Netflix and a FLAT SCREEN TV! We provide bed sheets, towels, toilet paper.<br /><br />Landmarks and Cultural Institutions<br /><br />The area is host to some of the most famous museums in the world.       <br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><span>The apartment is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Manhattan.</span><br /><span>Just a couple of blocks from the highly awarded and reviewed restaurants such as "The fat radish" and "Dudley's " "Bacaro" "Cafe Petisco" or Cocktail lounges as "Forget me not" and "Leed belly " where the hip Manhattan crowd enjoy cocktails next to celebrities at the sound of live jazz music.</span><br /><span>I personally saw Naomi Campbell, Robert De Niro, James Franco, Jake Gyllenhaal and many others.</span>
      <p><span>There are plenty corner stores right in your block open around the clock where you can grab a soup and a sandwich as well as beers and cigarets or whatever you fell like.</span></p>
      <p><span>There is also a super market 35 steps from the apartment open till late night.</span><br /><span>The super famous Doughnut plant and The Pickle guys will delight you with their incredible treats.</span></p>

      <span>This cozy and all mirror decorated 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom (hot tub) basement apartment has entirely been renovated. You have access by the back of the apartment to your PRIVATE yard and can enjoy dinner and relaxing times outside.</span>
      <p><span>The apartment is VERY well located: only 1 BLOC AWAY from the subway station for the A and C lines that go straight to Manhattan downtown in around 15 minutes. These lines are my preferred subway lines to visit Manhattan, because it crosses Manhattan from South to North, and allow to visit a lot of the landmarks without changing line.</span></p>

      <p><span>Every room is furnished with real queen size beds, fresh sheets and towels are provided.</span></p>
      <p><span>The kitchen has all appliances, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, freezer... Everything to cook for everybody ;)</span></p>
      <p><span>A washer and a dryer located in the building can be used to do your laundry. This is very cheap, 2$ in coins of 25 cents to do a laundry.</span></p>
      <p><span>In the neighborhood, you have everything located a bloc away, foods, groceries, shops, restaurants... EVERYTHING!</span></p>
      <p><span>If you have a car, there are spots to park in the street.</span></p>
