Great location next to Flatiron and Madison Square Garden.
It would be good if towels and bed sheets were newer and cleaner.
Our experience in staying at this rental property was terrible. The 1 star rating is generous. The stove not working when we arrived, called the manager who sent someone to turn it on and within minutes the apartment was filled with gas. Had it turned off but were afraid to use it again so we were unable to cook as planned. The apartment was filthy. Bathmats and rugs were filthy. Trash can in kitchen was disgusting and there was filth behind the bathroom door that looked like vomit. Couldn't hang clothes, hangers filthy. There is no where to unpack so had to live out of suitcase for 4 days. Missing lightbulbs, TV Remote didn't work. Furniture in disrepair. Apt does not appear anything like photos. Generally trashy looking inside and out. AC unit covered in tape and cardboard, terrible appearance. Property owners and managers were very pleasant but this could not compensate for the conditions we were forced to deal with for 4 nights. I would not recommend this property to anyone and I would never stay there again.
