Fazit: guter Vermieter, funktionale no-frills Wohnung, laute Straße.
these apartment is quite a good choise for a short or a long visit in NYC. it is very clean and equiped with all you need for your breakfast and dinner, if you don't want to go to the restaurant. subway station is just at the corner, and you are in midtown in 15mn. Free Wifi is availlable in the apartment. More, the staff of the agency is more than efficient, they answer your questions in time, it realy a pleasure to rent with them...iI recommand to rent this property.

EIGHT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS TRAVELER'S OASIS:

1. YOU GET THE WHOLE APARTMENT? Yep. All to yourself. We'll meet you with the keys, give you clean linens for the queen-size bed and towels. The couch in the other bedroom is basically the width of a full-size bed and about nine feet long (so it's a second bed). The master bedroom faces west with windows overlooking Bushwick. The other bedroom doubles as a television room and has the biggest couch you have ever seen in your life (really, look at the pictures). There is an enormous open floor-plan with huge kitchen, living area, closet space, and bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment is ringed by bright, big windows that let light in throughout.

2. INTERWEBS? Wifi is included. It's fast. And plentiful.

3. GETTING AROUND? Look, you can fall out of bed into the Jefferson L train stop. That means you're 12 minutes from Union Square, 8 Minutes from Bedford Ave, and, well, you can just walk to the Morgan stop. The apartment is about six blocks from the Myrtle Ave. J-M line, too. The L is one of the fastest and most frequent trains in the city and can connect you to anything you want in short order. Taxis, buses, and your feet are all efficient and simple alternatives.

4. SLEEPING? There is one queen size high quality memory foam bed waiting for you. And a couch that really shouldn't be a couch. It's as deep as a full size bed and much longer. Look at the pictures. It's a comfortable second bed that will comfortable sleep one or two. There is a regular size couch, as well, in the main living space. I'll provide fresh, clean linens and towels.

5. COFFEE? We'll leave a bag out. Make yourself at home.

6. LAUNDRY? There are several wash-and-fold services within a few hundred feet of the apartment, an equal number of dry cleaners, and DIY laundromats, too.

7. HOLY SH*T, FREE ON-STREET PARKING!?!? No joke, this neighborhood is an anomaly for the city. There is almost always public, on-street parking right in front of the building. Save a heap and park your car here for your stay.

8. THIS IS UN-HOTEL. When you're not staying here, I am. That means you'll share space with some of my stuff. Be kind to my neighbors and my things. I do my best to make it nice and neat for your stay and for my life. You're a budget-conscious and adventurous traveler and I'm a good-faith dealmaker; please, be good.

**** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** ****
WHAT DOES "ENTIRE APARTMENT" ACTUALLY MEAN
If you're booking the apartment on this listing, you'll be renting a two bedroom 800 square foot gigantic Brooklyn apartment. I travel frequently for work and when I am here, this is home. This listing is new; read the reviews on my other property in Denver for a sense of how my guests find the places that I keep.

THE BASICS:

Bushwick is the heart of art in 2013. This neighborhood is full of amazing wall murals and street art that draw crowds daily. There are galleries, studios, and all the people to fill them right outside your door.

You can literally fall onto the L train from the apartment. It's about a block and a half away to the Jefferson Stop.

There are two , big bedrooms with great light and character. Clean, fresh linens provided.

There is a clean, comfortable bathroom with a tub and shower. Clean, fresh, towels provided.

Open-plan kitchen with storage and plenty of cookware, fridge space, cabinet space, and a table to seat everyone.

Two blocks away you will find an organic food market with all your grocery needs.

In the neighborhood you will also find an active bar and restaurant scene including The Cobra Club, Roberta's (a stone's throw away on Morgan), The Arancini Brothers, La Isla Cuchifritos, Momo Sushi Shack, Guacuco, Sol de Quito, Cholulita, Verde Coal Oven, Tres Hermanos (right out the front door), and Northeast Kingdom.

Free coffee. (Yes. I'll support your habit)
High-speed wifi

IN A LITTLE MORE DETAIL
The apartment is perfect for up to four people, each room accommodating two. It's best for folks who need a little peace and quiet to start out (and end) their daily adventure. One room has a queen-size mattress, a small desk, plenty of shelf space, drawers, a lamp, and a small table. The other has an enormous sleeper couch, a television, and a stuffed porcupine (really). You will be provided with clean linens and clean towels. There are hangers and the space itself is left clean and open for guests and friends to unpack and make their own while they are here. The room also has a small air conditioner for the summer months and is on the far end of the apartment; it is private and perfect for travelers who are hotel-averse.

DO YOU WANT MORE?

The space lists for four people. It can sleep more, but the fit has to be right. Rates and availability vary. Contact me for details.

THE KITCHEN:

Gas range, double basin sink, plenty of nice cookware, pots, pans, plates, utensils, and cabinet and fridge space for whatever you bring back. I like to cook and keep a kitchen that is a little unusual for a city that loves to eat out. If you're on a budget and interested in making food, you've got plenty of space to do it. There is a small bar to eat at and counter space to work on.

THE BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a clean full tub with a modern, selectable shower head. Clean towels and linens are provided

THE LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The main room has a couch, coffee table, shelves, and plenty of fun art and artifacts. It's simple, open, and full of light from the top floor windows.

(GETTING) HERE AND AWAY:

The L Train is the standby. Taxis are easy, as well. If you have a rental car, this is one neighborhood in the city where you will almost invariably find on-street parking within feet of the front door. Save a heap and park your car here.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU CHECK IN:
When you check in, you will be given keys, clean towels, clean linens, and (most importantly) shown where the coffee is. I'm happy to give directions and information about the neighborhood, point you to food and activities, or stay out of your hair. It's your trip and I hope you'll enjoy this space as much as I do.

Message me with questions anytime and feel free to read about my other home in Colorado for additional information on the spaces I keep.
