Arts & Crafts 3bd Apt Near Downtown & Parks
Spend a few nights in our 1900 sq ft apartment in the beautiful Lowry Hill/Kenwood area. We are near Lake of the Isles, steps from the Walker Art center, sculpture garden and across from wooded bike paths. Easy walk to downtown, convention center …
Very close to downtown without the noise and congestion. The apartment feels like a home- cozy, warm and comfortable. Eliza is very accommodating and accessible.
Myself and four of my friends stayed in Eliza's Minneapolis apartment for three nights while attending a conference. Our stay was excellent! Eliza is a great host and met us at the apartment early so we could drop our bags off ahead of time - once we returned, the apartment was comfortable and immaculate. The apartment is also conveniently located; it was just a short walk for us to go back and forth to the convention center. Overall, we all would definitely stay with Eliza again!
Apartment was very clean and the pictures shown was just like in reality. Beds was comfortable and air condition worked very good. It is very close to uptown and fine restaurants. We went for groceries at The Wedge, an organic supermarket wich was just fabulous. All in all we are very happy with our stay and the communication with Eliza.
We enjoyed our recent stay in this 3BR duplex. There was a lot of room for the 4 of us to spread out, which was very nice for our family. The location was perfect, and my husband was able to walk downtown for his conference. The only drawback were the thin walls/ceiling. We could hear the folks below us during our stay. Fortunately, they were not home very often. We would definitely stay here again!
This property was very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. We heard no noise from the renters on the bottom floor. Hopefully the three little ones that were with us didn't make too much noise and bother them! Pictures on the website were an accurate representation of the property. Eliza was very good at answering our questions and emailing us information. The beds were comfortable. The two single beds were nice for the kids. It was nice to have laundry available too. I would recommend this property!
Spacious, gorgeous and close to everything you want to be close to! Room to spread out, and within two blocks of the Sculpture Garden. Across the street from running/walking/biking trails, and about a 10 minute walk over the sculpture bridge to Loring Park and downtown.
We enjoyed the early 20th century ambiance of the place, the polished wood, updated kitchen, and large family dining room with plenty of storage space.
Kinda makes you want to move to Mpls!
My wife and I rented her apartment for our anniversary. It was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful and minutes from everything Minneapolis and Uptown have to offer. Thanks for making our anniversary a great night. Loved the accommodations and would highly recommend.
Great apartment. Super big with lots of room, great kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Tastefully furnished and quiet. In a great neighborhood and of course Eliza was super nice and helpful.
I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in town.
this property was clean. lovely rooms, furnishings, and amenities. it is very close to loring park and DT minneapolis. the owner even accommodated our late, 9:00 pm arrival.
the only limitation was one bathroom for 6 people but we managed it. a very minor thing given how nice it was.
This place was absolutely beautiful! As my first AirBNB experience, I could not have been happier! Eliza was there waiting to give me a quick tour and hand over the keys. The place was spotless and clean, cozy and comfortable. Just the right mix of classic elegance (huge, chunky leather couches and beautiful wood work) and modern amenities (a killer kitchen I wish I had at home). All that tucked into a great neighborhood just seconds from downtown! Loved it!
A few colleagues and I were exhibiting at a conference in Minneapolis, and all of the hotels were booked. Lucky for us this was the case, because we were able to stay at Eliza's amazing apartment. This place is a gorgeous large three bedroom apartment, with a spacious living room, separate dining room and full kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised when we first saw the space, and loved that we were able to stay here. Eliza is also incredibly helpful and the location is very close to downtown. Perfect place to stay while visiting the Twin Cities.
I traveled to Minneapolis with a colleague for a meeting and EVERY hotel was taken...And it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We found Eliza's apt on AirBnB and it could not have worked out better. We were central to everywhere we needed to be and the place provided us with a great environment to get work done. Thanks Eliza!
My husband and I recently stayed at this property for a couple of evenings for my birthday. We love character homes so when we arrived, we were more-than-delighted to see the original character that this unit retains. The living room is very spacious and has beautiful hardwood floors, original windows, and beamed ceilings. The wood burning fireplace added to the ambiance (although we didn't use it). The formal dining room was equally as stunning as were the three large bedrooms. The kitchen was updated with stainless appliances and provided for all of our cooking needs. Eliza had provided coffee so that was a nice feature considering that we hadn't brought our own. The one bathroom was small but very functional and adequate. Everything was nice and clean and our needs were well attended to. The location of the duplex couldn't be better; close to downtown and the lakes of Uptown! While we didn't have our bikes, the unit was located right across the street from one of the bike trail systems. We were steps from the Walker Art Center and Sculpture Garden. There were many restaurants and shops to choose from within a quick car ride (or bike ride). The unit does have AC units in the bedrooms but because of the originality of the living room windows, AC units do not fit in those. That being the case, it was exceptionally warm in the living spaces of the unit during our stay (the temps were in the low 90's and humid) so this was a bit uncomfortable. All in all however, our stay at this unit was incredible and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. This is a gem in a great location!
