The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main and en-suite). It has marble floor tiles and underfloor heating, except for the bedrooms which are carpeted.
The bathroom vanities are also marble and the en-suite bathroom has a heated towel rail, shaving plug and hairdryer.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The apartment includes Satellite flat screen TV, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, telephone and secure undercover parking.
The apartment has its own separate alarm system and is also equipped with a digital safe. The complex has 24 hour access control security and roaming guards throughout the complex.
There is also a heated swimming pool with wooden patio loungers and umbrellas.

Summer Place is a luxuriously furnished three-bedroom apartment which is conveniently situated in a small residential complex ( 6 apartments) a short walk the Camps Bay beachfront.
There are lovely sea views from the lounge and balcony, which leads off the lounge. The spacious master bedroom and 3rd bedroom are situated on the 1st level whilst the living area and 2nd bedroom are the 2nd level.
