There is a large luxurious bathroom in the unit, and a second full bathroom easily accessed from the bedroom.

The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and 39” HDTV will full HD channels.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

Neighborhood: MISSION The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco, and Mission Concourse is located in perhaps the trendiest part of the Mission. A mix of hipsters, tech employees, and families who have lived in the area for a generation, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Within a block or two you will find super-hot bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, and legendary San Francisco eateries like Flour and Water.

Of course you are in the Mission so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan and other ethnic foods at low prices. We like Mis Antojitos on 22nd and Bryan, or even Dona Teresa which is two doors down, both owned by neighbors.

There is a fantastic convenience store steps away on the corner stocking gourmet foods, drinks (including beer, wine, and liquor), ice and other necessary and not-so-necessary items. Across the street you will find a laundry including dry cleaning and finish laundry. Also within a blocks distance are numerous coffee shops, cafes, and other Mission area institutions. A few minutes farther away you can enjoy the bustling neighborhood around 16th and Mission, but you may not want to leave the area right around you.

PARKING SITUATION

We love our neighborhood because of its proximity to Golden Gate Park and UCSF. We are just 2 blocks from the park, so you will have easy access to trails for walking, biking, rollerblading, or hiking throughout Golden Gate Park. If you love the outdoors, you're coming to the right place!

We are also very close to the newly renovated California Academy of Sciences, the DeYoung art museum, the Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese tea garden, Stow Lake where you can rent rowboats, and much more, all within Golden Gate Park. You can easily also get to the Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist attractions.

This is a great city to explore on foot or bike. We are just half a block from the N-Judah MUNI train and a couple of blocks from several city buses. It is easy to get around on foot, bike, or public transportation.

Ocean Beach is just 2.5 miles away, a straight shot on the N-Judah train. Other popular stops on the N-Judah line are the Civic Center to view majestic city hall, Union Square for boutique shopping, and AT&T; Park for Giants baseball games.

If you do arrive with a car, you will find free parking on our street or on our brick driveway. There is much to explore just outside San Francisco, such as Muir Woods, Tiburon, Sausalito, Berkeley, and Half Moon Bay.

We hope you enjoy your visit to this fabulous city!
