2 Bedroom Modern Long Beach Condo
All new interior features a modern kitchen with gourmet coffee maker, dishwasher and laundry. One bedroom and the kitchen have a nice view of Signal Hill. Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Granite counter tops and a fireplace. There is a private tiled balcony off the living room. Wireless internet. Gated building has 2 parking spaces, jacuzzi and bbq area.
Several markets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance from the condo. There is a metro line station a mile away.
We recommend spending a day at the sites around Shoreline Village, a five minute drive or bike ride from the condo. There you can see the Queen Mary, the Russian Submarine, the Aquarium, and catch a boat trip to Catalina or go whale watching. At the end of the day enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants around there and watch the sunset. Another day could be spent renting an electrical boat and enjoying a picnic putting around the canals and then some shopping or kayaking around Belmont Shore. Long Beach is located 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Venice Beach, and Orange County. Disneyland is just a short drive away as well. Stay here before or after a cruise and escape rushing from the port to the airport.
Please note, this condo does not have an elevator and is on the third floor.

A beautifully remodeled unit of a triplex in a nice, walk-able neighborhood. Family friendly as well as nice for couples or business travel. Easily sleeps up to 3 adults (1 queen bed and 1 pull-out full sofa bed). The sofa bed could fit two children.
Free WiFi and Netflix. Chromecast and Blueray player as well.

15 minutes to Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach
30 minutes to Downtown LA

A parking spot for one vehicle at the left end of the driveway (should feel comfortable going in reverse to get out of the driveway). Any seating around the property and in the backyard is free to use.
Interaction with Guests
It depends on the day, but little to no interaction. We live in the front unit with our family and five children (so there is sometimes noise with kids, but we are relatively quiet). The back unit is a very sweet family as well.
The neighborhood is nice and relatively quiet. You will see people walking their dogs and running for exercise. We are the last multi-family unit before a predominant single family home area.
We are close to buses, the green line (train) is only 2 miles away. It is much easier to get around by car, but bikes are also an option. A taxi to/from the airport ranges from $10-20.
Other Things to Note
Overall it is a quiet place, but occasionally neighbors can make some noise coming and going (the bedroom window is near a driveway for a 4-plex).
