<p><span>The flat is situated in the up and coming area of Stratford, east London, most notable for being the main Olympic / Paralympic site for 2012. The flat is 5-10 minutes walk from the main site or less than 5 minutes via bus. Public transport links are excellent within the local area -there is a bus stop directly outside of the flat, whereby you can be taken directly to the local tube station / rail / bus station.</span></p>
<p><span>The kitchen is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking.</span></p>
<p><span>Fresh towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are provided, fast unlimited wifi connection. In the case you do book the room, I will meet you at the Station so dont worry about getting lost ;)</span></p>

<p><span>Local amenities include: several local shops, Supermarkets, take-aways and restaurants and most recently the new Westfield centre (containing hundreds of fashionable shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, casino, bowling centre etc.) Also, there are several local parks and a sportcentre with swimming pool and gym, within a few minutes walk from the flat.</span></p>

<span>The Space</span><br /><span>Hi there!</span><br /><span>I am renting out comfortable newly renovated rooms with en-suite bathrooms (only one room is not en-suite, but it has its own separate bathroom which is for that room only).The rooms, indeed the entire house, have been completely renovated and are in immaculate condition. Each room has a TV and wireless internet connection but no tea/coffee making facilities. I would point out that each of my listings is not for one specific room but could be any one of the rooms in the photographs. They are all of the same standard but if you have a preference, please enquire as to availability. The property is situated in between two tube stations (zone 3) and is a 20 minute tube ride into the centre of the capital and is therefore ideally placed for visiting the sights of London. Heathrow airport is a 20 min tube ride and the Gatwick Express from Victoria Station gets you to Gatwick airport in 30 minutes. There is also a 24hr mini market within a 2 minute walk, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes for Breakfast, lunch and dinner as there is no use of the kitchen.</span><br /><span>We would love to welcome you into our home and hope you enjoy your stay with us!</span>

Flexible sleeping arrangements are provided for up to 3 guests. Observe the neighborhood seated upon funky red seats situated on the breezy balcony. An open plan living area is perfect for lounging in. The kitchen is well-equipped and guests can help themselves to complimentary sugar, tea and coffee at any time during their stay.
There is also a communal terrace/landscaped podium for the use of all residents and with views towards Canary Wharf skyscraper offices and the city.
London City Airport is only 10 minutes drive away by car or 15minutes by DRL train as is the London ExCeL centre, which worldly renowned as a concert and exhibition venue. There are also a good selection of pubs, bars and restaurants within the vicinity.
The Canary Wharf Business District and Bank "The City" are only just 8 minutes away by DLR as is the Stratford Olympic City and Westfield Stratford Shopping Mall for all looking to do a bit of sighting seeing and shopping. There are also a large variety of places to eat and a 24 hour Aspers casino to care for those feeling lucky in London.
Music lovers can spend an evening at the iconic 02 Arena for a pop concert of their favourite artist; this arena is also a good place to visit for drink or a meal. The journey by will take you on average 10 mins by train.
★ Getting Around | Langdon Park DLR station is just 3 minutes walk away. The most economic method of paying for public transport in London is to get an Oyster smartcard which enables you to travel on underground trains, overground trains. The Oyster card costs £5 deposit, and is returnable when you leave London at most underground stations.
