<p><span><strong>Your Room -</strong></span><br /><span>Your room consists of a comfortable double bed with fresh sheets, pillows and duvet. There is a double wardrobe for hanging and storage at the top with a full length mirror. We also provide you with a fresh towel and some simple toiletries to make your stay comfortable. The room is a cosy size, best suited for a single; however, it could easily accommodate two.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Flat –</strong></span><br /><span>The flat has been recently refurbished and freshly painted. It has a comfortable kitchen with modern appliances where you’re welcome to prepare and cook your meals. A lovely bright and airy reception room has a dining table overlooking the communal garden area. The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower and toilet with under floor heating. We have a washer/dryer and a communal clothes airer for you to access. We will provide you with detergent to save the hassle of purchasing any. There is an iron and ironing board and gas central heating throughout.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Location -</strong></span><br /><span>You will be located within a 4 minute walk to Wimbledon Tube/National Rail/Tram Station and major bus stops. From Wimbledon you can arrive into Central London within 25 minutes via the tube or national rail services. Your options are endless. The flat is ideally located within a 3-5 minute walk to various grocery stores including Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose and Morrisons. Centre Court shopping centre and surrounding retail stores provides a range of options for any shopping needs. Local pubs and restaurants are scattered amongst these stores. We are located at the base of Wimbledon Village which offers an abundance of chic shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.</span><br /><span>The flat is nestled within a gated and secure complex. Entry is only provided by an electric buzzer and key. The wonderful communal gardens provide a peaceful and relaxing environment.</span><br /><br /><span><strong>A few extras –</strong></span><br /><span>We are a married Australian couple who thoroughly enjoy welcoming and meeting new people, however, we also enjoy our privacy and we respect others. We like to offer our home to those who require somewhere comfortable and secure to stay whilst travelling along their journey. All we ask is that you treat our home with the respect it deserves and leave it the way it was found. We haven't charged a cleaning fee as we expect visitors to ensure the room and our home is left neat, tidy and presentable. </span></p>
<span>This is a beautiful room in a nice modern flat in East London. Queen Mary University is within a short distance, and it offers all amenities (shopping centre, bars, restaurants, gym, riverside shops/cafes/walking routes), so this is ideal for a city break or a business trip. Train and bus services also offer easy access into the City. Bus stop is right outside the flat, and there is also a supermarket nearby. Closest station is Stepney Green (5 mins walk).</span>

If you are looking for a place to call home rather the hotel room experience, you may have found it. I am offering a double room with its own toilet and shower enclosure, where you will be able to relax after a hectic day sightseeing in London and the surrounding area. You will also be able tp use the kitchen and the newly refurbished living room and will have free use of WiFi Broadband connection. This is a two bedroom flat and I occupy the other room but there is also a sofa-bed in the living room where a third person can sleep.
Bedlinen & towels are provided, together with use of your own private fridge and a cupboard in the kitchen to store your personal items. As I work from Monday to Friday I can't prepare breakfast for my guests but I do provide some regular staple items for this purpose. No smoking or pets allowed in the building.
Located in Central London, underground Zone 1, between Marylebone and Paddington train stations, with excellent transport links that will enable you to make the most of your visit. In one of the greenest parts of London, Hyde Park and Regent Park are a stone’s throw away, and close to many London attractions and Oxford Street where you can shop till you drop.
