This room is available in a very neat and tidy 2 bedroom flat in a quiet part of south London, owned by a friendly gay couple with small dogs. The room as just been freshly decorated for 2012 in the same style as the pictures to give a fresh feeling for our guests. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, side cabinets, a heated mattress for cold evenings, electronic window blinds/shutters, a fitted tv/dvd player and overlooks a very nice garden with a pond. <br /> The room always comes with clean bedding and towels, hairdryer and complimentary travel size toiletries. We have a Modern bathroom with shower and a conservatory with a fitted tv/dvd player. Complimentary tea, coffee and internet access is available. This a ground floor flat with no stairs to climb. We are for neat, tidy, and polite guests only please. Also guests who like/don't mind dogs.<br /><br /> We are a non smoking property but still accept smoking guests as long as they do not smoke in the flat or garden. Although guests are paying for a room basis we do welcome them to make full use of the flat in respects of using the kitchen to cook in, eating in the conservatory, washing/ironing facilities and the garden to relax in. <br /><br /> We also have a library of over 400 DVD's ranging from kids films to adult blockbuster films that you can borrow. You are very much left to your own devices whilst here but we're always on hand if you need help with tourist information, travel directions or general information. We also have a printer for you to print out any boarding passes for return flights or confirmation emails for bookings you have made.<br /><br />Our standards are one of the highest within cleanliness, safe area and availability of the room, even at short notice. local grocery shop, dry cleaners, betting shop and pharmacy and are only a 1 minute walk away from the house. Local underground stations (Tooting Bec or Tooting Broadway) are only 10 minutes walk or the bus stop is right opposite our house and it is only a 2 minute bus ride from the property to the underground sation.The journey into central london only takes approx 25- 30 minutes by tube.<br /><br />* Please note the area as free parking except for 10am-11am Mon - Fri. Parking permits can be provided for that hour by us for £4.50 per day<br /><br />Our availbility calender is always kept up-to-date so feel free to book rather than having to enquire if the room is available or not.
