The room was fairly easy to find and located near a small supermarket, a movie theater, an internet point, and several good restaurants. However, it is on a busy road and the sound of the traffic comes right through the windows. The bed, kitchen and bathroom were clean and comfortable, although the little table in our room had only three legs instead of four, which made it quite wobbly. Not a four-star hotel, but it is practical.

I live with my wife and 7 months old daughter who is generally quiet and sleeps through the night. The baby cot is not in use. The room with baby cot is the one you would be staying in. If you want, we can remove the baby cot before your arrival, please let us know if you want to be removed :)

**Polite notice to all potential guests - Please note that whilst I endeavor to offer space to you all with utmost care, cleanliness (not professional though, but to certainly living standards) and honesty possible , my place is certainly NOT to be considered a hotel. I offer low priced private accomodation and should you think that something is not upto your mark/expectation, I would strongly request you to bring it up to my knowledge whilst you stay with me rather than going back and writing on a negative review as there's nothing worse than putting off someone without giving an opportunity to improve/rectify. **

Private room which can accommodate upto 2 guests ideally a couple or a single traveler. The exit /entrance door is towards private garden so no disturbance when I leave for work, etc.
The flat is about 7 -10 mins walking distance from Newbury Park tube station (Zone 4 on central line) and is connected to Central London. (abt 25 minutes, direct connection from east London where I live) I have wireless internet at my place and if you bring in your laptop etc,you can access Wifi without any additional cost.
I have private small garden too with patio and you can relax and sit outside (weather permitting)

What makes my place stand out from others is that I do not charge exorbitant prices you would end up when staying in Zone 1/2 and I am proud to offer exceptional value to guests staying with me.

Carrying lots of luggage from tube station to my place can be a long haul and thus, I am able to pick you up from the tube station by car and can drop you off on the day of departure, but this needs to be pre arranged with me. Alternatively, there is a direct bus from tube station too. (number 66 / 296 / 396)
