I stayed in this room for one month. Everything was as predicted on the site. However, to stay a long time I would not recommend the place because there are three other rooms in the house and new people come and go almost every day. This is not a place that people often stay longer than a week. There are some people who know share houses and not others. I had much trouble with excessive noise during some early mornings and the bathroom was not always clean. My room was full of mold because the weather was rainy. As I wrote, to stay a few days this is a relatively organized place and already possessed routine.
Clean and quiet accommodation, with kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and wifi. Roxanne, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again, and highly recommend it.
Nice room. I enjoyed my stay.
Very clean and nice! Good location! Definitely will recommend it if you don't want to spend a ton of money!
      so nice
The neighborhood is nice, diverse, and feels safe; it's about a 30 minute tube ride to Covent Garden and Westminster. We had trouble finding which unit to enter because the exterior looked different than the picture. If you are carrying heavy or cumbersome luggage take the District (red) line to Bethnal Green, (Stepney Green is technically a shorter walking distance but does not have escalators or lifts). PROS: The room is no-frills, which we expected, but it was clean upon arrival. Kaz will respond quickly when you communicate a problem or issue to him, but getting it taken care of is another thing. After the first day we didn't see him at all. Most of the time any issues or comments we had was told to one of the other two people who frequented the unit. There were no instructions left on how to reach anyone, so we left notes in the laundry room or told them once we ran into them. Kitchen and shower is nice, but the tub is very elevated. Not necessarily a bad thing but as someone who runs on the short side (5' 2"/1.5m tall), I practically had to climb into the shower. Towels and linens are provided, which is a nice touch, but no hand towels are provided in the bathroom so be prepared for that. CONS: The bathroom ran out of toilet paper two days in a row. We ended up buying our own supply for 47p to avoid this issue. Trash in the room is not taken out during your stay. If you have something that needs to be taken out then either do it yourself or leave it in the bin in the kitchen. There is also no bin in the bathroom. The wardrobe in our room was broken and leaning away from the wall. A makeshift leg was used to stabilize the unit but it didn't work well. The shade in our room was broken when we arrived. We had a blackout in our unit for almost 18-20 hours. Quite a surprise when coming back from a long day and needing to charge electronics and take a shower (the showers need electricity to run). This was probably the most frustrating part of the stay because no effort was made to communicate the situation to us or rectify the situation. We had to seek out help, and we were lucky there was someone else in the unit who could contact the people in charge. So, quite a few minor inconveniences, but you get what you pay for. Considering that London is a very expensive place to visit if you can deal with that then stay here.

I work from home and prefer the house empty during business hours. If you are working, here on business, or exploring the city during the day we may be a perfect match!

Wimbledon is one of London's most perfect villages, full of high-end shopping, award-winning gastro-pubs, rambling Wimbledon Common and, of course, the Tennis Championships. The All England Tennis Club is 1 mile away, a 20 minute walk.

The sight of horses strolling around the village from the local stables adds to the country feel. During Wimbledon fortnight the village is full of Tennis stars and fans enjoying the buzz and excitement of the tournament.

Local to my apartment there are restaurants and bars including good gastro-pubs with traditional ales and country charm. A large quality supermarket, Waitrose, is two minutes around the corner.

Wimbledon Station is a 0.4 mile walk, about 8-10 minutes. From the station you can travel by tube, District Line (green) or overland train to Central London in less than 20 minutes. A bus stop is directly around the corner and can take you to the station or directly into town. There's also a good taxi service I can recommend. I can provide parking permits to allow you to park directly outside the apartment.

Airport connections are good. Heathrow and Gatwick airports offer many rail, tube and bus routes on public transport. Journey times are from 50 minutes to 1.5 hours. A taxi from Heathrow is 30 minutes for £30 GBP. I provide a link so you can book this online from abroad ahead of your arrival. Wimbledon Tennis Stadium is a 15 minute walk through the village.

Check-in is after 4pm and check-out at 1pm. Luggage may be dropped off at any time to help you plan your trip comfortably.

Please note this room is only suitable for adults and children over 9 years old. A child is counted as one guest. Maximum occupancy is two guests

      Presidential Suite-7 Mins to Center
This is our so-called presidential Suite. It’s 25 m2, very bright and has views of the Shard and the City. It includes a floor bed, a sofa, wardrobe space and of course wireless Internet access.

The flat, which is very comfortable, has everything you need, including, a shared shower room and toilet, a communal kitchen, and a back garden. You also have your own key, so you can look your room.

The flat is 200 meters from New Cross Gate Station, which gives you access to the Overground and the mainline railway (Note: the Overground is connected to the tube/underground - it just runs over ground - all tickets are valid). There are also numerous buses, which pass the flat and go straight to central London, including several night buses, so you can always get home no matter what time of night! You can be in Trafalgar Square (by train) in just 15 minutes. The vibrant and eclectic area of Shoreditch is also just 15 minutes on the Overground. The location is ideal for any tourist or person working in central London!

So far all the guests in the flat have been very nice, interesting and very respectful of one another. I believe that they have all enjoyed their stay. The apartment is maintained daily to a high standard.

In the local area you will find everything you need for a great stay; there are 24 hour food shops, cafes, restaurants, a big supermarket (Sainsbury’s) and bars all within walking distance to the flat. The flat is very close to Goldsmith University campus, so could be an ideal base if you are visiting the university for a conference.
