    Description

    This is our so-called presidential Suite. It’s 25 m2, very bright and has views of the Shard and the City. It includes a floor bed, a sofa, wardrobe space and of course wireless Internet access.
    The flat, which is very comfortable, has everything you need, including, a shared shower room and toilet, a communal kitchen, and a back garden. You also have your own key, so you can look your room.
    The flat is 200 meters from New Cross Gate Station, which gives you access to the Overground and the mainline railway (Note: the Overground is connected to the tube/underground — it just runs over ground — all tickets are valid). There are also numerous buses, which pass the flat and go straight to central London, including several night buses, so you can always get home no matter what time of night! You can be in Trafalgar Square (by train) in just 15 minutes. The vibrant and eclectic area of Shoreditch is also just 15 minutes on the Overground. The location is ideal for any tourist or person working in central London!
    So far all the guests in the flat have been very nice, interesting and very respectful of one another. I believe that they have all enjoyed their stay. The apartment is maintained daily to a high standard.
    In the local area you will find everything you need for a great stay; there are 24 hour food shops, cafes, restaurants, a big supermarket (Sainsbury’s) and bars all within walking distance to the flat. The flat is very close to Goldsmith University campus, so could be an ideal base if you are visiting the university for a conference.

      Stratford/Forest Gate area is a classic example of East London marked by incredible mixture of cultures, races, traditions. It is the heart of Olympic Games in the nearest past.

      This area exceptionally well connected with city centre literally 7 minutes away from Liverpool Street by train.

      This area is also very convenient for travellers from/to STANSTED AIRPORT thus many of the coaches go to London through STRATFORD. However other airports are also fine due to well-developed underground, train and bus connections in the city.

      All TRAVEL CARDS and OYSTER CARDS are accepted. What you need is an Oyster card with One Day Travel Card Zone 1-3 cost approximately £5.70 per day. London is an expensive town so be prepared to spend.

      TRAVEL DIRECTIONS:

      Here is the fastest way to the house: take a Central Line underground train to Stratford. It will arrive at STRATFORD’S PLATFORM 6. The other side of it is PLATFORM 8. From PLATFORM 8 take a train to SHENFIELD going through FOREST GATE. FOREST GATE is the second stop 2 minutes away from Stratford. Trains come every 7 minutes. From FOREST GATE STATION the house is within walking distance. Print of the map with the house address previously and take the map with you. Another seven minutes’ walk and you are home.

      NOTE:

      As a rule guests use standard underground map to travel around the London. This map shows major underground lines and stations only. However Londoners more commonly use an extended underground/train map that gives them more possibilities and flexibility when traveling around the city.       On the map the Forest Gate station corresponds to F/2 location next to Stratford. It is in Travel Zone 3 and again all major Travel Cards and Oysters are accepted meaning you don't need to buy any additional tickets. We are 7 mins 29 secs away from Forest Gate station by walk. Train from the Forest Gate station will bring you to Liverpool Street station in 7 minutes.

      TOURIST ATTRACTIONS:

      Liverpool Street is a perfect spot to start exploring London. Liverpool Street is in the heart of London's business City- with its panoramic views, dramatic St. Paul Cathedral, well known Tower Bridge, Tower of London and River Thames itself. It is highly recommend for every tourist to use the Liverpool Street / Forest Gate route for his/her trips thus it might save lots of time, energy and frustration.
