This delightful duplex situated in a quiet and peaceful mews just behind High Street Kensington, and close to Kensington Church Street, famous for its antique shops. High Street Kensington has a great selection of shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Kensington Gardens are only a short walk away as is Knightsbridge. Also the beautiful Holland Park is a short walk away and Portobello Road market is also within walking distance.
This tasteful and elegant apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, each with fitted cupboards/wardrobes. The master bedroom has a zip and link bed so that it can provide either super king sized bed or 2 separate single beds. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The spacious, bright and elegant living room is attractively furnished, and has color TV with extra channels and wi fi internet is also provided. There is a very spacious kitchen/breakfast room, with a range of fitted kitchen base and wall units, cooker, hob and dishwasher.
There are 2 bathrooms in the property, the first is off the hallway and has a walk in shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W/C. A washing machine is also located in this area. The 2nd bathroom is located on the floor adjacent to both bedrooms and has shower/tub, with hand held shower attachment, wash hand basin and W/C. This is a non-smoking apartment.
The nearest tube is High Street Kensington.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $350 security/damage deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done. VISA/Mastercard & AM EX accepted.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
