Our comfortable guest house is located between Liverpool Street, and Bethnal Green Tube stations, with both the number 8 (24 hours a day every 8 minutes to Oxford Circus), and the number 388 buses stopping across the street from us.
McDonalds, Tesco and everything else you might need is also in the immediate area,with easy access from all of London's airports and railway stations.
With a fantastic central location, it is easy reach all that London has to offer, whilst staying in one of our clean and comfortable rooms.
Included in our daily rates are:

-The use of a clean, well equipped kitchen.
-Clean bathroom, with separate guest toilet.

This stunning Victorian room has just come free after a long term resident left this week.
So, if you are looking for a safe and friendly place to stay while in London, then this 1st floor double bedroom overlooking a large established garden and woodland area (very private and quiet), may suit you. Room has lovely original Victorian slate fireplace and sash windows.
The house is located very close to two tube stations (Only 10 minutes by tube into Central London).
Many hotels are located nearby - as very close to both Finsbury Park and Manor House tube stations (both Zone 2 ) which access two tube lines - Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line)
Manor House tube station (Piccadilly Line) is only a 3 minute walk away, and Finsbury Park station (Piccadilly and Victoria Lines) is only a 7 minute walk away. It is only 2 stops to Kings Cross on Victoria Line.
Buses, straight into central London, also leave from a bus stop at the end of our street - only 30 seconds walk away. You can be in Camden Town (for the famous Camden Market - London's biggest tourist attraction) in 15 mins by bus.
We are an English/NZ family who love meeting people from around the world and our house, which was formerly a "gentleman's boarding house" in Victorian Times, still retains the original layout and Victorian architecture as much as possible.
The house also retains its original purpose as a guest house, with a mixture of friends and family staying - we currently have a few long term guests from Canada, France and New Zealand.
You might have the chance to meet some of our other guests, although often they are out working or enjoying London or away on holiday/business. So it is often surprising quiet, as being a double fronted three storey use it can be very easy to lose people.

Our local pub with trendy Garden Bar is very popular with locals and visitors.
The local climbing Centre also has a trendy cafe and is a magnet for climbers from all over greater London.
A waterside cafe at our nearby water reservoir, is in a former pumping station that has been renovated into the shape of a ship, designed by the same architects who designed the London Eye pods - they retained many of the original art deco features.
We love meeting new people and are delighted to offer any advice or help that you may need. If you need to make any phone calls, you can avoid high call charges by using either our house phone, or one of our mobile phones for free.

<p><span>The flat is situated just off Mile End Road . The flat is 5-10 minutes walk from either Mile End Station or Bow Road Station. Queen's Mary University within walking distance.</span></p>

We are only 2mins walk from the bus stop; buses go the West End(shopping and theatre area)
and to the city(St.Paul's,etc) or take the bus to the Tube (10mins)
We are Londoners and therefore very knowledgeable about worthwhile places to visit off the tourist routes
