The room is laid out for two people, but if three people who are travelling together so desires, I can add an extra bed (air bed) for them at an extra £13 per night.
*Please note that children under the age of 5 give us a lot of problems, and therefore would not be accommodated.
Strategically located 1 minute to a 24 hrs bus stop, 5 minutes walk to Valley retail park which boasts modern shops/eateries/cinema/gymnasium. 10 minutes to train stations by bus. Wimbledon is 15 minutes by tram.
During your stay, you can help yourself to tea, coffee, cereal, toast for breakfast (provided) in the kitchen or in your room, There is a guest bathroom and toilet by your room. You can make use of the washing machine, garden, electric iron. Pay per use car service is readily available for you.
If you need help with anything during your stay, don't hesitate to ask. I will help whenever I can.
This is a great neighbourhood. A lot of popular shops are within range. The transport system is marvelous around here — buses, trams, trains. Victoria and London bridge are just about 20 minutes by train, Wimbledon is about 15 minutes by tram. Night clubs, pubs, restaurants, cinema, banks, parks are all within range.
You can easily link any where in or around London from this neighbourhood.

A: If you provide me with information about you arrival airport/station/seaport/ and time, I will tell you the directions and the cheapest way of traveling to the apartment. Sometimes I can arrange for a taxi to pick you up if you tell me in advance
Q. Where do I leave keys on the last day?
A. I will meet you to collect the keys if not too early or too late and refund your deposit, if you leave very early in the morning or late at night you will leave keys on the table in the room and your deposit will be refunded via ‘PayPal’ or bank transfer once the housekeeper has checked the room.

A. Yes, Free parking on the street is available just a short walk

The Old Truman Brewery at 91 Brick Lane houses a vibrant market where up-and-coming designers set up shop every Sunday selling a unique variety of clothes, handbags and jewellery. There are also vintage clothing stores and chic boutiques dotted around the area.

Bright room in a house in a nice suburb of London. The room is at the back of the house giving you complete privacy and nice view of the garden. There is a clean shower room as well for your use, although this maybe shared if there is another guest staying.
The nearest underground stations are Redbridge which is about 15 minutes away and Ilford main line which is 10 minutes away. You can be in central London within half an hour. The nearest bus stop is a 3 min walk. We are also very well connected by road to M11, M25 and A406, all just a few minutes away.
There are local shops round the corner where you can shop for your daily needs. There is also a large shopping mall about 15 mins away, with many restaurants and popular high street shops.
There is a beautiful wood called Epping forest just a 10 mins walk away. The forest has natural lakes and wild life.
The room is WiFi enabled. If you do not have your own laptop, you can borrow ours to use the internet occasionally.
You are welcome to use the kitchen including the fridge. We do not cook meat in the house. Non-smoker is preferred although a smoker can use the garden to smoke. No alcohol please. You are also welcome to come into the family room to watch TV.
There is an additional sunny lounge room downstairs. This room will be available to you if you do not want to sit in you bedroom or do not wish to sit with the family.
We are happy to pick you up from Redbridge station when you arrive and will provide you with a welcome meal :)
