Behold a bright, calm flat in a top floor pied-à-terre in the corner of a lovely 3-floor Victorian building 3 minutes from Queens Park station. The flat itself is modestly-yet imaginatively fitted and well organised in a compact way. There is a shower and bath and the kitchen is well enough equipped for confident cooks. It is currently a live /work space which I am now offering to independently-minded people who are comfortable in a gay household. A lovely double room is now available. The Bakerloo Line from Queens Park station (3 minutes walk) allows you to be at Soho, the Royal Academy, The National Gallery, The British Museum, two Royal Parks and everything in between, within 30 minutes. Stuck in the town in the early hours? These buses will bring you directly home anytime:+ 24hr BUS ROUTE 6 to/from Soho/Charing Cross+ 24hr BUS ROUTE 36 to/from Vauxhall(Further bus route information available upon request) Guests can expect an alternative domestic space where they can relax and recharge in order to embrace the quota of grit and unique content London has to offer. There are various pubs, and local shops where one can find fresh produce from around the World. There is also a Farmer's Market nearby on Sunday and the funky vintage & antique markets of Notting Hill and Golborne Road's award winning Moroccan street food stalls are a short bus ride away. There is also a peaceful Victorian cemetery up the road which is perfect for sunbathing and reading. And there's groovy Queens Park itself, our local beach, and perfect for an impromptu picnic or a game of golf. Located in a context that somehow creates a space/time warp, you'll be surprised and relieved to see how well positioned it is within London's unique secrets, attractions, train stations and airports (transfer info to/from Heathrow and Gatwick available upon request) Please note: It is not possible to embrace the whole cultural or urban diversity of London from one particular location, and none is better than the other... just different. Incidentally, there is also a rather convenient train connection to Kew Gardens from Queen Park.
