I stayed in Collingham Place a few years ago, I didn't leave a reply then but my stay was very pleasant, the flat is modern, fully equipped, comfortable, silent, no complaints at all. Haffendi was very kind and helpful, location is very good, 2 blocks from Earls Court tube station.
Nice and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. The host always answered when I needed, and tried to help us in everything. I recommend it and probably would stay again.

This is the first time I rented the apt from this host. He is very helpful and friendly. The apt is great. Location is great and close to all the tourist places. Just there is a tiny accident happened on the first day I arrived. A lil visitor came to the apt. The host came and helped as soon as they can. Other than this tiny accident, every thing in this apartment is perfect. I would definitely book it again whenever i come to London.

Many good things about these flats and few things to work on. First, as you can tell by many other reviews they tend to upgrade people often. I was worried (as others have said) they would tell us our flat was unavailable. Well, that did happen, and who really minds the upgrade, right? However, midway through our stay they made us move because they had overbooked the flat they upgraded us to. This was a huge hassle, having to worry about packing up our stuff instead of doing something fun in London, and a major down side to our experience. It seems that they are very willing to extend stays to make extra money, but in order to do so they have to shuffle around the rest of the guests. This may not be the reason but it's what it seems like. I would encourage them not to shuffle people so much because guests often have reasons for the apartments they choose (noise, layout, size, style, bottom floor to avoid stairs, etc.) On a positive note, they were very apologetic for the move and gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. There are many other pros (and some cons) to the apartments - keeping in mind we stayed in two of them. The flats are very attractive, very well designed with a modern style and quite spacious. They are in the most perfect location you could ask for and on a quiet, cute street. The kitchens have everything you need, the bathrooms are very nice with wonderful hot water. The tubs are very deep, something to be aware of for older renters as they're not the easiest to get in/out of. Basic cable and hair dryers with UK plugs are great additions, as well. It's also nice that they leave previous renters sugar, extra food, etc in the kitchens as it saves you from buying some small stuff. A few negatives, the second flat we were in had somewhat dirty sheets and old towels that smelled like mildew after one shower. Flat 7, the penthouse, is especially amazing with a rooftop deck, 2 full bedrooms with closets, and lots of sunny space. Quite a hike to the top with bags but if you're up for it, it's worth it. Flat 1, with one full bedroom and one loft bedroom w a 4 ft ceiling, on the bottom floor is also very nice and spacious. However, it is much louder as you can hear everyone coming in the loud front door. Also, there is no cupboard or dresser in flat 1 for folded clothes. The renters were always timely to meet us when we had scheduled. Imaan was hard to reach by email, taking a few days to respond to each email (so as a skeptic I thought we were being scammed). And since we are from the US and didn't have a mobile phone, it was difficult to communicate. She was much more reachable by phone if you have that option (we could only call from our ipad when we had wifi). Haffendi, who let us into the apt, has a blackberry with him always so if you're an emailing type of person I would get his email bc he might be quicker to respond. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again with the promise that we wouldn't have to move flats midweek. The flats are very nice, great location, and Imaan and crew are very nice to work with when you're able to reach them.

As I was a returning guest and as there were no other reservations, I was upgraded to Flat4 which was bigger and than Flat2 and had two big windows. I stayed one week and next time I go to London I definitely stay again in apt 29.

I stayed one week in 29 collingham place - Apt. 2. The flat is in a excellent location if you need to stay close to South Kensington's museums and if you want to do shopping at Harrod's and Kensigton's beautiful shops. It's a very quiet and residential neighborhood, 2 minutes walking distance from Earl's Court tube station and 5 minutes from Glocester Road station, close to the bus stop in Cromwell Road and close to supermarkets. I would definetly come back next time I need to stay in London.

Excellent stay. We literally booked the last minute and everything worked out great. I discovered roomorama at 11am and by 3pm was in the apartment booked and paid for. The apartment was just like the pictures. Even with the late booking the apartment was clean and tidy. We also had a great 8 Mbit wifi connection. Service was great and would definately stay again.

The apartment was in a great neighbourhood - 2 minutes walking distance from the Earls Court metro. The area is safe and theres lots in walking distance, such as museums, Kensington Gardens, and Harrods, not to mention the grocery store conveniently around the corner. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, however the bedroom window faced a back alley where the garbage bin for a hotel was kept. We would be woken up at 5am to the sound of clinging bottles. The host was great however and was always easy to get ahold of if need be. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone.

We had an amazing time staying in Imaan's flat. It is only an 8 minutes walk from Earl's Court station, which is still zone 1 and that helps to reduce the costs of transport when you're a tourist in London. The flat is in excellent condition, very clean and the people who checked us in and out were really friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend it and would stay there again.

1BR w amazing view in Dalston
In this bright, one bedroom flat, you'll be both right in center of London's new creative hub, and high above the buzz of the Dalston streetlife. Overlooking the City skyline and the Olympic Park, you'll walk out of your bedroom onto a wide terrace with views that few in London ever get.

The flat is shiny and new, on the 14th floor of the Dalston Square development. (That means new appliances, underfloor heating, and a residents' gym).

The flat is quiet and peaceful, but right downstairs you'll find yourself in the middle of London's most buzzing neighbourhood. The Arcola and Cafe Oto - longtime homes of experimental theatre and music are across the street. A few minutes walk and you'll find yourself navigating the changing mix of Dalston from edgy fashion, the busy Ridley Road street market, new restaurants, underground nightclubs and more Turkish BBQ than you can handle (I'll tell you my favourite). About 15 min walk away, you'll hit the Regent's Canal - perfect for a stroll to the Towpath Cafe or Saturday's street food/people watching fest on Broadway Market.

If the painfully hip surroundings get to be too much, the Dalston Junction Overground station is just downstairs, getting you to Central London in 30 min.

There's free parking available weekdays from 6.30 pm till 8.30 am, weekends free all weekend from Friday 6.30 pm till monday 8.30 am.
