Is a very special flat, with a room with a double bed, living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
The flat is located in the second floor, but the building has no lift, has internet wireless and TV with the local channels: SIC, SIC News, TVI, RTP.
The flat and the building were recently renovated and they’re new.
The subway station stays 15 minutes walking (it could be ANJOS or ARROIOS, green line) and the bus and the tramway are really near.
It’s really near the 28 tramway, it’s a good opportunity to feel the unique experience of the roads of Lisbon and its historic center.
From the apartment to the Historic Center of Lisbon is just 15 minutes, the apartment is perfect for who wants to feel the atmosphere of Lisbon, feeling like you’re one of the locals.
Near the flat you have a very special belvedere, that is known for only a few people, it’s called “Belvedere of Monte Agudo”, in Portuguese: “Miradouro do Monte Agudo”, with a café and a wonderful view under Lisbon, it’s just 2 minutes walking.
I hope you could come,
Hi, I'm renting a small fully furnished studio in a renovated historical building, located in the old heart of Lisbon, in the Alfama neighborhood and facing the river Tagus.
The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful renewed building, and it has all the comforts you need to have a great time in a neighborhood where you can really experience the old Portuguese way of living. The studio has a double bed (200cmX140cm) equipped with a very good mattress. Besides the main bed there is also an extra single mattress available, in case you want to bring your sibling or a friend.
The flat was completely renovated a few months ago. It is really compact but has everything you may need for an excellent stay in this incredible neighborhood. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge, a microwave and a washing machine). There is a bluetooth soundsystem available, so you can chill listening to your tunes.
The studio has 3 windows, 2 of which face the river Tagus, so it has lots and lots of that special Lisbon sunlight, is quiet and also suitable for working. The closest metro station is Santa Apolónia (blue line), which is also a major Train Station, at only a 5 minute walking distance. You are only 2 stops from the city comercial centre by metro, but if you feel like going for a walk you can reach it in less than 15 minutes.
I live in a neighborhood nearby and will be available for anything you need, on the same day you need it.
There really isn't much I could say about Alfama that isn't already written somewhere. The studio itself is located near one of the trendiest streets of the neighborhood, Rua dos Remédios, which is considered by many as the "Broadway of Fado". It is also within walking distance to monuments such as National Pantheon, Fado Museum, São Jorge Castle, Portas do Sol belvedere and Feira da Ladra flea market. The historical and commercial center of Lisbon (Baixa, Chiado and Bairro Alto) are a stone's throw away, at a 15 minutes walking distance.
In the neighbourhood you can find traditional shops, small cafes and restaurantes, fado houses, art galleries and craft shops.
This area has very easy access to public transports. Santa Apolónia metro and train station is just 200 metres away. The Lisbon trademark 28 tram stops nearby.
Travel times (aprox):
METRO and RAILWAY STATION: Santa Apolonia Terminal = 5 min. walking
AIRPORT: Lisbon International = 25 min. taxi
TRAM 28: Portas do Sol = 10 min. walk
BELEM: 25 min. tram (from Comércio Square)
CATHEDRAL: 10 min. walk

CASCAIS/ESTORIL/CARCAVELOS BEACH: 40-60 min. train (from Cais do Sodré Station)
The building doesn’t have an elevator. It is on a second floor with somewhat steep stairs.
The apartment is equipped with a 30 litre electric water heater boiler.
Internet wireless gratuita!
