Large & Sunny Overlooking the Tagus
Excellent if you are planning to visit Lisbon on holiday, this place is located in a safe and quiet area in the city centre (Afonso III Avenue, close to Graça and Santa Apolónia), within easy reach of some of the city's main boulevards (15m bus ride to Avenida da República), near the underground and the train (Santa Apolónia Station) and a 15 minutes walk from one of the trendiest nightclubs in town, Lux.
The room has a wonderful view over the Tagus and is nicely furnished with a single bed, a double-bed couch and a large piece of furniture with plenty of storage space. It is complemented by a ample sitting area near the glass windows where you can take your breakfast.
You'll have free access to fully-equipped bathrooms (with bathtub) and kitchen where you can make our own meals (full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave oven and cookware).
High speed wi-fi is also included. Smoking is allowed.
Further amenities are available on request at a supplement including washing machine, ironing set, bed linen and shower towels.
The apartment is spacious, neat and quiet, shared by cool laid-back students / workers — perfect for organized and clean people. Building with lift.
Short-term rentals work best for us (daily and weekly).

Graça neighbourhood is located on the top of Lisbon’s highest hill, boasting some of the most spectacular views in Lisbon from the viewpoints MIRADOURO DA GRAÇA e MIRADOURO DA NOSSA SENHORA DO MONTE. A few streets north-east from Castelo de São Jorge and just up hill from SÃO VICENTE DE FOR A MONASTERY and PANTHEON. Graça is also one of the few historical center neighborhoods that is still most frequented by locals preserving it’s original character.

This room is inside an excellent apartment in downtown Lisbon, Rua Augusta, and next to the city's most charismatic neighborhoods (Bairro Alto, Alfama, catelo de São Jorge, Chiado).
It is a historic apartment of the 18th century. Has two bedrooms with free access to the bathroom and kitchen where you're very welcome!
There is also a very comfortable and spacious living room overlooking to Rua Augusta always filled with lots of entertainment where you can find restaurants and shops. It has free wirless internet.
