Stayed here for 4 nights in June what a wonderful place this is. 2 couple shared and it was ideal. Everything is there for you it really is home from home. The owners have thought of everything and are there for you if needed but if not just let you get on with your holiday. The location is amazing just a short underground ride from the centre of Boston and 2 min walk to the property, easy to get to/ from the airport using the underground. Just 2 mins from the property in the brewery which has been renoveated to include a wonderful coffee shops ula and a wonderful restraunt bella luna both a must if staying here. Cannot praise this wonderful property enough.
We had a great stay at the Arthouse! Great location, clean and comfortable--exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again! Convenience to the T was fabulous--a really cheap way to get around! Some great restaurants close by and we appreciated the recommendations left by the owner! One suggestion would be to put a mirror in the second bedroom to free up washroom time...but that is a really small detail. NO complaints from us! We loved the entire trip!
A nice tidy apartment with plenty of space for the two couples. It is on a quiet safe street with good access to the T, a corner shop, beer store and an awesome Deli at the brewery complex just round the corner. What more could we need? Easy to get in and out of the city and lovely not to be in a hotel: space to chill and cook if we wanted to. Would use this place again.
This is a lovely apartment, and the location couldn't be better, with the train station and good restaurants right next door. The apartment is well maintained and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend it.
We enjoyed our visit to Boston and the JP neighborhood of this vacation rental. There were a variety of parks for our son to play at and cafes and local restaurants close by. The location of the T is perfect, just a short walk. We found the rental to be clean and just as pictured on the website. We had to rent a car to attend family events outside of the city but found parking to be easy right outside of the house. If you do have a rental car be aware of street cleaning days and hours. They were mentioned by the owner. Learn from our mistakes, we almost got towed and ended up getting a $40 parking ticket . I would return to this rental and would perhaps check out the unit upstairs.
Great little apartment situated perfectly in the brewery district, extremely close to the 'T' train. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. Communication from the owners was brilliant throughout our dealings with them - they responded promptly and thoroughly to all emails, no problems whatsoever. The listing description was accurate and the property well maintained. Recommended++!
Our stay at ArtHouse was terrific. Short walk to the T, short walk to the Sam Adams tour and much more. Christine was very responsive when we had a need . The flat was immaculate and comfortable. We were a party of 6 adults (all family) and were just a bit cramped but still fine. Only downside was that it was hot during our stay (90's) so the window air conditioners got quite a workout. We would most definitely stay here on another trip to Boston! We also enjoyed a couple of the nearby restaurants. BellaLuna's "Gypsy King" pizza was terrific. If you go on the Sam Adams tour be sure to take the "party trolley" to Doyle's. Quite colorful.
My husband and I recently stayed with our two young children for 3 nights. We loved the house and the location. JP- is a family friendly urban town with many great restaurants and stores. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the playgrounds and the close proximity to the T. The owners were helpful always quick to respond to questions prior to and during our stay.

Our first trip to Boston, we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect the location of the Art House rental was. We were close to the subway (about a 5 minute walk) and close to a great coffee house and trendy restaurant. We ended up at these places each day of our stay because of the closeness in proximity and great offerings. The Art House was very newly refurbished in Ikea and comfortable. We are fussy about a place being clean-and this was very clean and new. The outside patio (with table and umbrella) is where we spent afternoons after visiting Boston (about a 15 minute T ride away) talking over our day. The landscaping is gorgeous! The keyless entry system made us feel secure and was easy to use. The owner came to welcome us after we had arrived and gave us tips on where to dine in the area. We walked to other restaurants and businesses in the area and loved the Victorian homes in the neighborhood. We will definatly be back!
We (a couple with two children from Germany) did enjoy to stay in this location. It is very clean, the orange line subway (T) is very close and you are very fast in the centre. We found useful hints for visiting, dining and shopping in the kitchen. Overall, we have no single reason to complain and we are sure that we will come back.
